Exercise and contemplation of nature - Activity for those who have reasonable physical preparation and no mobility problems; perfect for familiar groups, but I was alone and it was amazing! The scenery is perfect, the guides make several stops for contemplation and explanations about the history of the place. Hearing the roaring of the lion on the stone of the same name, was fantastic! Translated super punctual.I highly recommend!

Sunrise in Fernando de Noronha - Seeing the sunrise on the Hawaiian Canoe with Noronha Passeios was a unique, wonderful and unforgettable experience. A fun, cheerful walk and we were presented by countless dolphins swimming around us. Our "captain " Sergio was very attentive and helpful, always explaining and telling facts about the island. No english guide, no snorkel equipment and wrong time - Do not book with this company. The information advertised in innacurate and unreliable. We paid for a sunset (1620) tour with an english guide and snorkelling equipment. The day prior we were told only 5am or 8am was available, even though our ticket said 1620. The night prior we asked about snorkeling equipment and were told this was to be hired at the port at our own cost even though they advertised it was included. We waited 45 minutes at our hotel to be picked up - then when we arrived at the port, no one spoke english. There was no english tour guide. We could not understand instructions or any information about the sites visited. Finally, the tour finished about 90 minutes from our pickup - half an hour shorter than the 2 hours advertised. We did lots of other tours with other companies on the island, which were great. I would recommend booking with another company based on hotel or local recommendations, as our experience was very disappointing due to the false advertising and disorganization of the company. Lastly, they are also more expensive and do not offer return transfers (most other companies do).

Bad Experience. Service was not provided. - I booked this service through the Tripadvisor website. Even though I booked two weeks in advance, receiving a confirmation email the day before, the service was not carried out and the company "Emnoronha", which from what I understand is the one who intermediates the service offered by this platform, informed that this service did not even exist on the contracted time. Using WhatsApp, I informed that I had received a confirmation email and was not responsible for the company offering the service at a time when it said it did not provide service, as it already had a schedule for the other days, there was no way to change the date and time. I arrived at the location 30 minutes early as requested by the website, and the company had not even confirmed that there would be a guide to provide the service. With just a few minutes remaining before the tour start time, they said they had found a guide, but we waited 10 minutes beyond the tour start time and he never arrived. The company promised to request a refund and for me to wait for it. 3 days later, with no sign of a refund or communication from the company, I sent a message and was informed that I would have to request a refund directly from the website, where it was stated that the service had been performed. I don't recommend booking here. It is best to plan this tour after your arrival on the island, as unfortunately the company's level of disorganization affects any planning done in advance. We had to change our travel schedule, personally look for an appointment with another company (Aloha Vaa) so that two days later we could finally do the tour, which is beautiful, but I recommend doing it with a company that is organized.
