While our guide, Doug, did a fine job leading us on the tour, there was almost no interaction with the bartenders. In some cases the drinks were pre-made and waiting for us at the end of the bar. I thought from the website that there was to be more interaction with the tenders or proprietors regarding how the drinks are made, or the names and history of the drinks, as well as the history of the establishment. Doug did provide some of that, but I thought there would be more local interaction. Instead we felt a little like a tourbus - get em in, hand em a drink, get em out. Still, the drinks were good (whatever they are called or had in them) and the places were fun to visit.
Great tour- very fun - awesome to get a peek inside where the locals go on Amelia Island
Was hoping for more information about the area and the establishments. Think at least one bartender felt the need to make the drink as strong as he could.
Super personable tour guide and just plain fun!
Loved tour guide. Didn't like all drinks had Vodka in them

While everyone in our group had fun and George was a terrific host- I was expecting more of a craft cocktail that was specially made ( and off the menu). The Palace was the only bartender that provided that. Also, 1/2 the drinks were really sweet. So I do not think I will recommend for future visitors
George is terrific,a wonderful host
two establishments had a good drink; the other two were summery punch drinks that were overly sweet
Very informative with interesting facts about the town and individual locations. Sometimes felt rushed to leave location and make it to next stop. Drink at The Palace was extremely "manly"...didn't see any of the women on tour finishing this drink. Would recommend to others.
A lot of fun! George, our guide was entertaining and we met a lot of nice people.
Marisol was an awesome tour guide. I loved the quaint little town. 2 out of 4 of the cocktails were good. But, one stop was at smoking bar (the Palace). While I liked the history of the bar, I hated breathing the smoke for 20 minutes. Over all fun experience.
