Beijing to Xi’an by Bullet Train

Beijing West Railway Station - Early in the morning, around 6 am, a driver will meet the traveler at their Beijing hotel lobby and transport them to the train station for a high-speed train to Xi’an (recommended: G91/07:55 - 12:06 or similar).

Xi’an North Railway Station South Square - Upon arrival, a local guide will greet the traveler at the train station according to the train schedule. They will then be transferred to the downtown area for sightseeing.

Xi’an City Wall (Chengqiang) - The Xi’an Ancient City Wall is the most well-preserved and largest city wall in China, originally built for military defense. It is considered a must-visit attraction in Xi’an. Bike riding on the City Wall is available and optional (please pay on-site if interested).

Drum Tower Square - Next, visit the Bell and Drum Tower Square, a landmark of Xi’an with over 600 years of history, located in the center of the city. There will be free time to take memorable photos of the Bell and Drum Tower’s exterior.

Muslim Quarter - Prepare for a culinary adventure! Enjoy sizzling lamb skewers grilled over open fires, crispy pancake sandwiches filled with savory beef, and steaming bowls of Yangrou Paomo, where bread is broken into rich lamb broth. Don’t miss the sweet sticky rice cakes dusted with sesame seeds or freshly squeezed pomegranate juice. This historic lane is a food paradise, offering new aromas and tastes that tell stories of ancient Silk Road traditions. Come hungry and leave satisfied! Grand Tang Dynasty Ever Bright City - In the late afternoon, immerse yourself in the lively atmosphere of Grand Tang Dynasty Ever-bright City. This cultural and entertainment complex offers a unique blend of history and modernity. As you stroll through the city, you’ll encounter recreations of Tang Dynasty architecture, bustling markets, and lively street performances. There is also an opportunity to see the famous Big Wild Goose Pagoda from the outside. Explore various attractions, perhaps stopping by traditional tea houses or souvenir shops along the way. The city is designed to transport visitors back in time, allowing them to experience the rich heritage of the Tang Dynasty.

The Museum of Qin Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses - Today’s tour begins with the world-renowned Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum, known as “the Eighth Wonder of the World.” The museum showcases an impressive level of sculpture and is located about 30 km east of Xi’an Central City, approximately a 50-minute drive. The original site was discovered by four local farmers drilling a well in 1974. It has since become Xi’an’s most important attraction - the Terracotta Army and Horse Museum. The museum includes Pit 1, Pit 2, and Pit 3, as well as the exhibition hall of the chariots and horses. Pit 1 is the largest of the three. The museum and the mausoleum are listed as world cultural legacies by UNESCO.

Xi’an North Railway Station South Square - Proper drop-off service will be provided. The traveler will be transferred to Xi’an North Train Station to catch the return train to Beijing (recommended: G662/15:04 - 20:30 or similar).

Beijing West Railway Station - Upon arrival at the Beijing train station, a local driver will meet the traveler promptly and transport them back to their Beijing hotel. The service concludes here, and a pleasant evening is wished.
