Great experience - Easy to find, and good comms - confirmed in advance we could bring suitcases etc. We wanted to leave bags early and then return for booking but they were able to accommodate us earlier which was helpful as took longer than expected (about 3hrs total for hammam and 1hr massage). Treatment experience was great, therapists great.

Great experience - It was my first time getting a Turkish bath. It was a great experience and I would recommend it to anyone. I got the package with 30 min massage, 30 min bath. They start off with an oil massage, which was great. It was one of the best massages I’ve had. We moved onto the sauna to sweat out all our toxins. Then comes the bath. It was so nice and all bubbles felt great. She washed our hair for us as well. It was private, we were the only ones there but it was a Wednesday. It might be different on other days. Thank you for the great experience.

Do not miss this when in Istanbul! - Loved loved loved this. Absolutely worth it. A traditional Turkish experience that is like no other massage I have ever had before. Felt amazing afterwards.

Fun, relaxing and enjoyable - Had a very good massage and then the Turkish experience of scrub, bubble bath and hair wash. It was a fun and different experience to have with my husband. One of the highlights of our short trip to Istanbul.

Very ordinary, photos not representing the place - No Welcoming, not very clean, disorganized place, photos not Representative of the place. However the massage therapist was excellent despite the noise around, no relaxing. Only the exfoliation and foam was great. We were almost taken out of the place because the staff was leaving for lunch.

While the service workers... - While the service workers themselves were extremely good and did their best 10 stars for the worker, the overall environment was unacceptable. The hygiene level was zero — everything smelled bad, the room was in terrible condition, and used towels were left behind as if the place had not been cleaned at all. The entire environment was dirty, unkept, and uncomfortable to stay in. It felt unhealthy and completely below standard. No matter how good the staff were, the condition of the environment destroyed the experience.

Horrible spa experience - I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent visit to your facility. I booked a 105-minute massage and bath, expecting a relaxing and complete experience, but what I received was a rushed, incomplete service, and a complete lack of transparency. I arrived at 21:25 and was not able to enter the massage room until 21:30. The service was further delayed until 21:50 due to an internal 20-minute dispute between the front desk and the masseuse. As a result, my 105-minute service was drastically cut short, lasting only 30 minutes and concluding by 22:20. Crucially, I was never informed of your 22:30 closing time. This lack of disclosure meant I couldn't fully enjoy the experience or utilize any of the other amenities, which was a primary reason for choosing your establishment. I specifically informed your staff prior to my appointment that I was flying back today and had limited time, making it impossible for me to revisit. This was a critical missed opportunity for your staff to provide full disclosure that my service would be incomplete due to operational hours. I feel completely taken advantage of. It appears there was an intention to significantly reduce my service time without my knowledge or consent. I paid for a complete and peaceful experience, not a rushed and incomplete one. Why should I be liable for a service that was not what I paid for? I have documentation, including rideshare timestamps, that corroborate my timeline. I spent at least 10 minutes speaking with the front desk attendant after the service, and then waited another 10 minutes for my rideshare, further confirming the early end to my service. Resolution and Further Action After several weeks of requesting a refund and the spa lying to the travel company (where I booked this experience) about the services provided in order to avoid giving me a refund, I was finally granted one after posting this review. This experience was highly unsatisfactory and far from the relaxing treatment I anticipated.
