SHOP till you DROP - Simply amazing culture and friendly interface with all the locals I met. Bazaar shopping is unique. Don't be intimidated by the atmosphere or prices.....EVERYTHING is negotiable!

the beauty of the hagia sophia mosque - I really enjoyed visiting this mosque. I feel like visiting it many times. From a historical perspective and for tourists, it is very impressive.

Good shopping experience - Our visit to grand bazar was great. It is culturally rich the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The shopkeepers can be rude if you ask price and don’t buy anything. I ate my life’s best baklava there. Small cafe. in the middle of the bazar serve best Turkish coffee and variety of baklava. The bazar is full of people always.

All right. - The Basilica of Hagia Sophia in Istanbul. The most iconic monument of the city of Istanbul. A basilica transformed into a mosque. A beautiful building. Five euros came the entrance. Lots of murals. A museum to visit.

A bit but pricey but good all the same - We finally visited the Hagia Sophia Grand Mosque and it was fantastic. There was a long line to get the tickets to get in and took us about half an hour on the line to get there. Our access was limited to the upper gallery and so did not get to see most of what I assume are the interesting sections.
Its a quite pricey for an unguided tour.

You're scammed with the tickets are 25 but you get 50 euros if you're not attentive - At the ticket office they put you 25 euros but if you're not ready they charge you 50 you get another visit of a museum that is not worth such a thing and you have a queue of one hour because they enter 15 in 15 and charge you 25 Ami ne took

Extortionate prices - All sites have dual pricing, with . being charged up to 5 x more. So we didn't see all we wanted to. Basilica cistern, great.Blue Mosque good. Recommend museum before Hagia Sofia, as learnt the history. Grand bazaar, make sure you haggle, and walk away . If they are going to reduce the price, they will call you back. The spice market is good, but there are stalls outside of the main bit , cheaper. I'd recommend a food tour , which also goes to the Asian side- which definitely has a more relaxed vibe- also includes a ferry crossing on the Bosphorus , and the guide can point out the sites to see. Overall had a great , tiring time, but be prepared to spend.

Don't waste your money - Very over priced ticket. I paid $50 at the gate and the visit was only to the top part. Less than 5 minutes worth. Not worth it at all. Don't waste your money. The ticket didn't include a guide. I'll regret it for eternity.
