Really recommend for a relaxing/wind down day when in Istanbul, staff are wonderful - Staff were lovely, didn’t catch her name but the lady on front of house duties was amazing. She couldn’t do enough came to check on us a few times to make sure we were comfortable/up to date of when our next treatment was and was always offering to bring us drinks etc. The hammam & massage were great too, didn’t feel rushed at all and both my partner and I left feeling extremely relaxed. Sauna and pool were good too and you’re able to use before your treatments and after for as long as you want to stay for. Really recommend!

Luxurious and refreshing - This Turkish bath was clean, so luxurious and a real treat! We did this the day we landed from our long international flight and was a fun welcome to Istanbul

I really enjoyed myself!... - I really enjoyed myself! Both the Turkish bath and the massage were terrific. Everyone was super friendly. If I had to be picky I’d say that the place itself could be warmer but you can always hide in the sauna to warm up.

Excellent experience - We specifically chose this spa because we wanted a couples experience and my husband didn't want a male therapist (traditional hammams in Turkey are segregated by sex with same-sex therapists). We really enjoyed our experience! We chose to go in the evening after dinner and a long day of touring Istanbul and it was the perfect way to end the day. The spa was not busy at all and we had the pool to ourselves. I prefer a deep massage and found that the therapists have VERY strong hands. Even my muscled husband was surprised at their strength. If you haven't been to a hammam before, be prepared to have every inch of your body scrubbed (they aren't as thorough on men, thankfully!). My husband kept his bathing suit on but they gave me disposable underwear, which seems a little silly given that they just go right under it. Having said that, it's still a very comfortable and professional experience. The facilities are nice, they provide non-alcoholic drinks, and you have time to relax before and after your service. It was a bonus that they were only a 10-min walk from our hotel.
