Awesome food and culture tour!!! - We had a wonderful time on this food tour of the Balat area of Istanbul. Our tour guide, Nur, was absolutely awesome! Nur was very kind, friendly and knowledgeable. We tried about a dozen different Turkish dishes on the tour and learned a lot about the history, food and culture of Istanbul. This tour was our favorite activity we did in Istanbul. Nur also provided us with tons of great recommendations for the rest of our time in Istanbul. We had a wonderful time!!!

Fabulous tour with awesome guide!!! - We had a wonderful time on this tour!!! Our guide, Nur, was amazing. Nur was engaging, knowledgeable and helpful. We got to try about a dozen different dishes during the tour. This tour was our favorite activity we did in Istanbul. Nur also provided us with lots of tips and recommendations for the rest of our vacation. Highly recommend!!!

Best first day in Istanbul - I had a fantastic food tour with Dilara! It was my first day in Istanbul, and I feel so lucky to have been part of this experience. Dilara was a terrific guide with extensive knowledge of the city. She even recommended several activities that made my trip so much more meaningful. We tasted so many new foods while she explained the history and facts behind every dish. If it’s your first day and you want to understand the culture while eating the best food ever, this is the tour for you!

Authentic food tour - Nur was an incredible guide. We really enjoyed the Food tour and the explanation of turkish history and food. Thanks for your warm and welcoming tour. We learned a lot about turkish life and traditions of turkish food. Also your tips for the next day visiting Kadiköy are great!

Best food tour with the best guide - We had the best tour with Dilara. She took us around a unique neighbourhood which we wouldn't discover our own. The foods we tried was so delicious we will never forget that milky baklava. Our kids even cooked a gözleme for us and they enjoyed this tour more than anything. We also loved that Dilara took us for a little walk before the food part and explained us Turkish culture and history. She explained all the food and their history so well and share the list of the food we tried that day. The food is not included which we loved it so that we could choose what to eat. Food was very inexpensive and the tour cost still way cheaper compare to other food tours where food is included. This was really the best food tour we ever join. Reccomended for everyone.

Best intro to Istanbul - Perfect introduction for our trip. Our guide Dilara was extremely fun and informative. The food picks was awesome we still think about all the food we tasted during the tour. We loved that we can choose what to try and enjoyed all the food and walk we did. People were so welcoming and we really felt like one of them. Best food tour if it's your first day or generally you want to understand the culture and eat the best food ever.

Nur was the best guide!... - Nur was the best guide! She showed us around Balat and informed us about the history and the culture. She brought us to these amazing spots for food where she seemed to know everybody!! I had a blast with Nur and would definitely recommend the experience to anybody who’s interested in Turkish food.

Top-tier Experience! - This was a top-class food and culture tour with the best guide you could imagine. Our guide, Emirhan, was so kind and knowledgeable that he made the entire experience ten times better.
The tour truly offers everything in one package: food, culture, and even a hands-on cooking workshop where we made gözleme and çiğ köfte with the shop owners. Everyone was so welcoming that it felt as though the entire neighborhood was designed specifically for our tour.
We had, by far, the best food of our entire trip. If you want to experience Istanbul like a true local and learn about the city’s rich history, this is the tour for you!
