Our guide is wonderful! - We were greeted by our lovely tour guide as we disembarked our ship. She was absolutely wonderful to us the entire day. We were impressed by the scope of her knowledge and her ability to share that knowledge with us. She was attentive and very kind. We are thankful for the time we had with her in Istanbul!

Istanbul small group tour - We had a great small group day tour of Istanbul thanks to our guide Nazli - she was knowledgable, very informative and flexible, as we had already visited Hagia Sofia the previous day. She graciously arranged meeting points for us to catch up with rest of group, with tour highlights being Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sofia, SultanAhmet Mosque, the Grand Bazaar and lunch in a local restaurant. We highly recommend Nazli!

Funny and instructive tours - I did 2 tours with the agency, both were excellent. The guides are very friendly, funny, speak clear English and especially have a good knowledge of the history of each the visited places. The other services (pick-up from the hotel, lunch,...) are well organized and comfortable. Overall, the expériences were full of information, I particularly appreciated the guides (and staff) behaviors and the exchanges I had with them.

Half-day tour with Ismail Sucu - Thanks for experience. I had a half day tour with Tour Guide Ismail SUCU. Very good job! He is fluent in English, answers all questions you have and clearly gives all the information. Also, he is always in a good mood and knows how to make people smile and enjoy their tour.

90 minutes late with poor English - We showed up on time (9am). We waited around for a late family for 90 minutes! The tour started at 10:30am. For the rest of the day, the tour guide was rushed and we only got 15 minutes at each place to try to make up for lost time. She didn’t speak English well either, so there wasn’t a lot of detail in what she was saying.
