If the world is ending, try this first - It's no wonder that the only rating they get is 5 stars. I did not know what to expect, and sat there smiling for over 2,5 hours. Ali is both a pleasure to be with and talk, as well as a great teacher. It was so fun, you feel you get better for each sheet. Bring a girlfriend, your family or just yourself like me. Best thing I've ever tried. Made the rest of my vacation great just looking back at it and being energized. Thank you so much Ali!

Don’t miss! - An absolutely amazing experience with Betul and her team. All ages loved this! Some of us made marble prints and some made journals. Betul was accommodating and patient with my oldest who is very particular about her art 🤣

Memories made for a lifetime - My children (10 and 7- it was her birthday) and I did ebru painting with Betül and her husband Ali. It was a wonderful experience for all of us! A highlight of our trip to Türkiye. Ali and Betül have tons of patience and are very encouraging. My children were engaged and are very proud of the pieces they made. I’m very impressed with the results. I know this is one of the memories they will hold on to from this trip. My children told me this was a nice break from the “very old rocks” they’ve been looking at for weeks :D We’ll work on their appreciate for Turkish history, meanwhile they have earned an appreciation for Türkish art for which I give credit to Betül and Ali. I highly recommend this experience. Teşekkür ederim.

Art Therapy - Great experience. I highly recommend to anyone on the fence. They show you the basics then you get to take over. There is no talent required. Your art will still be refrigerator worthy with their guidance. Very patient and amusing instruction and good hibiscus tea!

A fantastic afternoon - What a great experience! Highlight of our trip! We booked the Turkish Marbling class and it was a wonderful way to spend the afternoon. Our kids (4 and 6) loved learning how to make the designs and Betul and her husband were so helpful and kind with them. We each learned how to make 4 to 5 different design techniques, each unique! Best of all, you get to take your art home!

Excellente! - Together with my two friends, we shared a moment of transmission, precision, relaxation, and creative freedom with Betül hocam. Out of all the ebru classes, this was the best. You can go with your eyes closed — but we still recommend opening them, because the 360° view is breathtaking. People who love their craft and know it well. Thank you, Betül hocam.

Fantastic Experience - This was a fantastic workshop suitable for everyone. Ali was a great teacher who explained things clearly and made it easy for you to create beautiful work. I loved how he explained the history behind the art as well. This was beyond my expectations and i would highly recommend it 😀

Fun and Unique Family Activity - The paper marbling class was one of the highlights of our trip to Istanbul. Highly recommend as a great memory-making activity for families. My husband and I thought it was a fun experience and our 10 year-old son deemed it “really cool.” The instructor, Betul, was amazing and the staff was helpful and courteous.! I can’t wait to return home and have a few of our pieces framed. If you are looking for a unique experience in Istanbul, this traditional art making class is it.
