Istanbul’s must-do experience - Sailing the Bosphorus was the highlight of my Istanbul trip. The views of mosques, and bridges glowing at sunset were breath taking .The guide shared fascinating history and was very nice to chat with ,I'd recommend an evening cruise to see the sunset on the city

We loved it!!! - Just came from Istanbul and we had the privilege to book a private yacht. Go driver made our stay special from their customer service via watsup to the boat ride. The boat was luxurious the boys working on the boat was professional and made us feel safe. Special shout out to Massi that listen to every details and delivered it. I would 100% use their service again and recommend it.

Bhosphorus Cruise - A bit disorganised in managing the cruise activity . No clear instructions or information about the entire activity . It was more like a circus, for eg, there was no announcement for breakfast , or the person who was explaining everything about the places it was crossing by was feeble and inaudible. Am sure there are always challenges and limitations while on water, but it could have been managed professionally .
Breakfast was average , best part is water is chargeable and wasn't part of breakfast

Very disappointed. - We were very disappointed in our Bosporus Cruise today. To begin with, we had a last minute notification that our afternoon cruise has been cancelled and we had to scramble to make the morning cruise work for our schedule. Then the itinerary that we originally book was not followed. We chose this tour specifically over other cruises for the sites that were seen as the boat moved up the Golden Horn. However, those 4-5 sites beyond where the boat was docked were not passed. Had we known that, we would have chosen a different cruise. Furthermore, there was a one hour “shopping” stop in Beylerveyi that was not on the itinerary that we had purchased, and was something we were totally not interested in. Again, we would not have booked this trip if we knew this stop was to be made. Finally, the trip lasted only 2-1/2 hours, not the three hours that was advertised. Again, that was another disappointment. If the itinerary had been changed after we purchased our tickets, we would have appreciated being notified so that we could have canceled and rebooked with an itinerary more to what we thought we would be getting with your cruise. What was to be a highlight activity for our trip to Istanbul was a real disappointment. I will not be recommending this cruise.

Extremely disappointed - We were very disappointed with our Bosphorus Cruise. Our afternoon cruise was cancelled and at the last minute we had to join a morning cruise. We had selected this cruise specifically because it was supposed to go further up the Golden Horn than other cruises. However, it did not do that, skipping four or five of the sites promised in the itinerary. Up the Golden Horn had been an area of interest to us, and your tour had promised more than others. Also, there was an hour “shopping” stop in Beylerbeyi that had not been cited in the itinerary. That stop was of no interest to us at all, and we would not have selected a cruise with a stop like that. Finally, our cruise only lasted 2-1/2 hours, not the three hours listed in the itinerary. We would have appreciated knowing that the itinerary had changed, as we would have canceled this cruise and booked another one that met our interests better. Needless to say, we would not recommend this cruise to friends and family.
