Whitewashed, terracotta-tiled villas and cottages cling to the cliff sides forming a kind of amphitheatre with all eyes on Carvoeiro’s prime asset - the beach.

Absolutely Amazing tour, Highly Recommend! Pedro and Gabriel made for an incredible experience! - Not only was pedro an amazing tour guide - he’s a fantastic photographer! 100/10 recommend booking with Pedro if you find yourself out in the Algarve area! He has incredible knowledge of the area and is so kind! We learnt so so much about Portugal on his tour and He captures so many amazing moments for you as well! His tour was definitely one of the highlights of our trip! We even ran into his partner Gabriel and he was also so friendly, knowledgeable and so funny! We will definitely be booking with Vtours again next time we are in the Algarve area! Pedro and Gabriel really know the best spots!

Outstanding experience! - What a fabulous trip! Pedro was personable and very knowledgable, and made the whole day fun and interesting! He re-arranged the tour stops to meet our needs, and even offered to stop at places we didn't know about in advance. This was an outstanding experience - one of the best we had on our visit to Portugal. Well done!!

Wonderful tour experience - We had a large group of 7 and am very thankful we found Gabriel’s tour! He took us to the sights we otherwise wouldn’t have seen and explained anything we wanted to know about the Algarve area and the culture. Even though the weather was a bit rainy, Gabriel was still able to accommodate and show us the sights and the beautiful nature in a different light. Again, very glad to have done the tour with him. We now have unique and beautiful pictures and memories of our time in Faro!

Gabriel is a 5 star ++ guide - What a pleasant surprise for us when our guide Gabriel greeted us outside our hotel in Faro. We instantly fell in love with his friendly personality and helpful manner. We knew we were in for a wonderful tour tailored to our needs. Gabriel loves people and being helpful. The sights were outstanding and Gabriel became our unofficial photographer for the day. We were thrilled not only to receive his photos the following day but, also a composite video memory of our day together. In addition, his lunch recommendation was absolutely the best seafood we had in Portugal. We were so pleased that we rebooked Gabriel for his next available day.

Perfect way to spend a day! - My sister, my adult nieces and myself had the pleasure of spending the day with Gabriel touring a part of the Algarve coast! We found Gabriel very informative and had a great sense of humor. He recommended an amazing lunch at a local Portuguese restaurant in Lagos. Very nice day with Pedro - 24.11.2019. We go to this tour with Pedro. Places are amazing,Pedro take care of us, introduce with nice places, tells very many information about Portugal, Faro, Lagos, Carvoeiro.
And now when we go to home , we look at pictures and make plans go to Portugal next time, go to Faro.

Good times + GL Tours = Amazing memories - I and my mom did the Lagos - Carvoeiro private tour and Faro half-day private tour with Gabriel (GL Tours). Gabriel was super awesome throughout. He worked with us to finalize our dates as our Benagil cave tour kept moving dates. Gabriel is a friendly, punctual, informative, fun-loving and great person. The Algarve with GL Tours - Thank you, Gabriel, for a truly amazing experience in Portugal. I often travel so, but I hate large, impersonal tour groups. This customized and affordable tour with Gabriel was truly everything that I could asked for from this trip. He picked up me from my hotel in Faro and we visited Silves, Ponta Da Piedade, and Cavaleiro beach. We stopped for some delicious food at a great restaurant (I wish I remember the name) and he drove me back to my hotel. Best day ever!

Beautiful Algarve - Gabriel is really a great person. Very friendly, welcoming and careful to the needs of guests. He picked us up at the hotel, it was already a great service. And he dropped us off there at the end. The tour was pleasant and relaxing (we were carried around).
He loves to share info about his country (history and current status). He is really proud of his region Algarve, listing all the beautiful aspects.
In the tour from Faro to Lagos passing we saw
amazing landscapes: Farol da Ponta de Piedade, Portimao, Senhora da Rocha, Carvoeiro, Villamoura, Albufeira.
We ate in a very good restaurant (adviced from Gabriel).
