We will journey to Armação de Pera in our air-conditioned van to board the boat directly on the beach.
The boat tour includes a visit to the arches of Praia da Marinha and the 10 surrounding caves and cliffs of the Benagil Coast: the Benagil Cave, the Pirates’ Cave, the Crocodile Cave, the Crows’ Cave, among others. The cliffs and Praia da Marinha are ranked among the 40 most beautiful beaches in the world and are featured in the Michelin guide.
With such stunning scenery, the photos and videos will be absolutely amazing, offering a chance to create wonderful memories.
At Praia da Senhora da Rocha, there will be free time to sunbathe, enjoy the Algarve sea, or go snorkeling. A sun hat and snorkeling mask are provided.
Conclude with a visit to the Chapel of Lady of the Rock, situated atop a cliff.
Return to Faro in our van.
- You’ll be boarding a small boat on the beach shore. Please keep in mind that you’ll need a reasonable level of physical fitness, as it may involve wading through shallow water, stepping over the boat’s edge, and maintaining balance on an unstable surface
- Bring backpack with water and light food (e.g. sandwiches and fruit)
- If the weather is fine on the beach, please bring flip-flops, a swimsuit and a towel. not recommended for anyone subject to nausea and severe mobility

In front of the train station door at 8h20 for 8h30 departure or 14h20 for 14h30 departure. There will be a van with our ‘Algarve Sensations Tours’ logo on the doors and our Guide present. It´s very important to attend 10 minutes before departure.

Great tour to Algarve coast. - We can highly recommend this tour. Our guide Sebastian was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. He gave us a lot of information about the Algarve area, but also about restaurants and directions to different regions. The boat trip to the caves was faboulos.

Get inside the caves!! - Small boat with an expert captain lent itself to the best experience in the caves!! We saw so many and were even able to go inside some other boats could not. Our guide Sebastian was very knowledgeable and very passionate about his guests immersing themselves in the local culture. Great trip!

An incredible day out!! Worth every penny. - What an amazing day.
Sebastian was an amazing guide, the mini bus was comfortable. He is a font of knowledge but really nice with it.
The excursion was really smooth, not rushed. We had ample time at each location.
The boat ride was so much fun. Speedboat style boat (so not sea sicky if you suffer). We went right into some of the caves which was so much fun. The skipper was a very skilled driver. Good explanation of what we were looking at.
Trip to the back afterwards was something to remember. Really nice chill time with a good bar/restaurant and toilets nearby.
Overall it was really good day and worth the little extra compared to the other trips advertised due to how up close we got to see the caves and the quality of the boat and mini van compared to the other companies.

Gorgeous beautiful experience! - Ultimate fantastic tour of the Benagli caves and all other scenic coastal cliffs and beaches viewed on the high speed boat. Incredible experience which was a highlight of nature’s serene beauty. Our tour guides, Sebastian and Claire, were welcoming, attentive and provided historical references.
We were connected to the high speed boat operators, GPS & the one hour ride was amazing!! Really enjoyed this tour and the beautiful Algarve region. Nice to avoid the high tourist summer season as we visited in late April. Everyone we encountered were pleasant, friendly and nice!
Our meeting point was at the Faro train station and we confirmed our time with Sebastian the night before. The Viator ticket displayed 10:00 am but the details on the tour overview stated 8:20 am. So make sure you confirm and hopefully Viator updates the ticket display to the proper timing. Loved it. Thank you.

Boat tour of caves in Faro - Sebastian our guide was very good. The boat portion of our trip was the best. Smaller boat was a great experience not a bad seat on the boat. Loved it!!

Highlight of the holiday - We met at the Faro train station and were part of a small van tour. Sebastian from start to finish was an excellent and informative tour guide, humorous and a very safe driver. We went to a viewpoint to get a breathtaking view of the coastline before heading to Benagil for a trip in a small boat to view the caves from the sea. The Benagil cave is world famous but can now only be viewed from boat or kayak. The thirty minute trip was amazing, to see these caves and arches really is a trip of a lifetime. Don’t worry about flip flops, take your trainers off on the beach and paddle in the shallow water to the boat, part of the fun! Later, Sebastian took us to a lovely area called Lady Rock which had incredible views, an amazing chapel and a lovely restaurant for lunch. An excellent half day tour but with some of the most breathtaking scenery you will ever see!

This tour was so... - This tour was so fantastic. After doing two days of tours in Lisbon, I was unsure if I wanted to hop in another tour bus but this was and ADVENTURE!!! Sebastian was fantastic as a tour guide and the gentlemen running the boat ride were also fantastic. It was a wonderful way to see the algarve coast and be near the ocean.

Algarve Sensations Tour - Bengali Boat Tour - We booked last minute and Sebastian, the owner, responded right away. When we joined the tour, Sebastian, made us feel welcomed, engaged us in conversation and we were on our way. The vehicle was well maintained, comfortable, and air conditioned. Along the way he spoke to the group, set expectations, explained what we would be doing during the tour. After a short drive from Faro, we arrived at Bengali went on the cave tour in a boat.... it was absolutely amazing! Followed up by short trip to a site where we could look at the caves from an opposite vantage point, this gave us a different perspective on how impressive the Algarves' really are. He then took us to a beach that was absolutely spectacular for 1.5 hour session of alone time of exploring and sight seeing.
Sebastian is a proud Portuguese citizen, he wants to show you his country, the trip is worth every dollar that you spend! You will not be disappointed.
I would highly recommend Sebastian and his company Algarve Sensations Tours
