Black Desert - At 7:00 AM, the tour guide and driver will pick up guests from their hotel in Cairo and transport them to Bahariya Oasis, located about 350 km east of Cairo. This journey takes approximately 4 hours, with lunch served at a local restaurant in Bahariya Oasis.

The tour continues with a visit to the Black Desert and the natural hot spring in the Valley of El Haize, followed by a drive to see the quartz crystal at Crystal Mountain and the rocky formations in the Valley of Agabat.

The journey proceeds to the White Desert National Park, Egypt’s most renowned desert destination, known for its extraordinary and stunning wind-carved rock formations resembling giant mushrooms or pebbles, unmatched by any other desert worldwide. Guests will then be transferred back to the campsite at Al Haiz for an overnight stay.

White Desert - This excursion takes visitors to Bahariya Oasis in the Western Desert and then into the surrounding desert to explore the unique Black and White Deserts, offering a distinctive adventure experience.

Valley of Agabat - The landscape features a blend of limestone cliffs, sand dunes, and striking white chalk formations. These chalky structures, sculpted over millions of years by wind and erosion, give the area a mystical and otherworldly appearance.

The valley boasts dramatic rock formations that appear to rise abruptly from the desert sands, with shapes resembling towering pillars, mushrooms, or other abstract forms. The white and yellow sands add layers of color, creating an ethereal look at different times of day, especially at sunrise and sunset.

The Valley of Agabat is accessible by 4x4 vehicles, often as part of a desert safari tour. Bahariya Oasis / Cairo

White Desert - After breakfast at the camp, preparations begin for the drive back to the oasis, where guests may have the opportunity to shower before returning to Cairo.

Crystal Mountain, Egypt - The formations often appear to sparkle, especially in bright sunlight, due to the crystalline quartz and gypsum. This unique landscape creates an almost otherworldly scene with shimmering rocks set against the vast Sahara Desert, offering a stark contrast to the surrounding sand dunes and desert terrain.

Due to its remote location, Crystal Mountain is not a heavily frequented tourist destination, but it attracts adventure travelers and those interested in geology or unique natural wonders.
