We booked a family SUP day during our activity week in Wales following a recommendation. The advertised day was for 7 hours door to door with 5.5 hrs spent on the water. The start time moved till 10 which was useful as we were travelling to the start point but the guides didn’t arrive till after 11. Whilst I appreciate this was due to a traffic incident the impact meant we had 3.18 hrs on the water (Garmin tracked). This was significantly less than advertised, made worse by the inconvenience of waiting over an hour for the guides to arrive. I have no issue with the guides who were excellent but given the other points I would have expected an offer of a partial refund. On one of the calls regarding the late arrival one of the team mentioned discussing a reflection in price with the boss. I haven’t heard anything since. As I say, Aloice and Will were excellent, however due to the other points raised above I would have expected to have heard from TYF by now.
