Prompt Reliable Safe Service In DR - This transportation company is top notch 👌🏾. I booked it prior to my trip to ensure smooth travel upon landing. The company confirmed b4 my trip started and Jesus communicated directly with me prior to arrival about where to meet and the name of the driver to look for along with their phone number. The driver Cesaria b4 pick up sent me his picture so I knew who too look for and also had a sign with my name outside the airport and was easy to find. He was very nice and also gave me information as we rode along about Puerto Plata. He suggested some locations and pointed out picturesque spots. I also liked that i had the same driver for my return trip so I was more comfortable especially traveling solo as a female. He spoke enough english for us to have a lil convo to go along with my lil spanish. They were also amazing because the automated system Hoppa on my return trip told me my pick up was at 820 am instead of 12 noon which is what i selected i was getting nervous i missed my transportation and frustrated because thats not what i booked and the Hoppa assistant was not helpful. However once i reached out to Jesus to directly as well as Cesaria they both confirmed they were coming for me at noon and that eased my mind so much. They were on time for both pickups and they dropped me off door to door at my resort. A lot of taxis have you meet them different places on the resort than where u stay or outside the resort because i guess certain taxis can only come on and those taxis usually more expensive. I did not experience any of that with this company. It was door to door to the exact lobby i was staying at with prompt service. When i go back to puerto plata im only using this company and i am also going to request Cesaria hes a nice God Fearing man and i felt safe with him and his driving. We even listened to chrisian music on the return trip and i enjoyed both of my rides to and from the airport!! THANK YOU JESUS AND CESARIA

North Coast's best tour guide and driver - I always use Jesus for surf trips to the north coast. He is a great guy, careful and calm, and he knows every place in the area. He has a great sense of humor! I recommend him entirely.
