A Fun, Safe River Tubing Experience for the Whole Family! - We booked this river tubing excursion through Royal Caribbean. When the cruise arrived at the port in Falmouth, Jamaica, we were greeted by our knowledgeable tour guide, Anilia. Anilia helped us board the bus, let us know that we could expect a bit of tropical rain, and then proceeded to give us a guided tour on the drive to the Rio Bueno. At the river, our group was assigned a river guide and we had the good fortune of being assigned to Anthony. Anthony helped my family gear-up: helmets, life vests, and tubes of appropriate size. My son is on the smaller size (age 8, about 55lbs), so he received extra care with a tube that had a mesh bottom (so he wouldn't fall through). Anthony was so good about making sure we had a fun, exciting time, but not a dangerous time. The white water was fun to skim and we never felt unsafe. There was plenty of fun and laughter, but when the river was calm, Anthony took the time to tell us a bit about Jamaica and especially its recovery efforts after a terrible hurricane came through the country in the fall of 2025. Anthony was very careful with my family, making sure we had a fun and safe time. The tubing experience felt on the short side (about 35 minutes), but I think that means we were having a blast and didn't want it to end! We thanked Anthony for his time and effort, then Anilia and the driver then took us to the Bamboo Beach Club to finish off our day with authentic Jamaican lunch and some time on a lovely beach. Amazing family fun! - If you’re heading to Falmouth, this is one excursion I highly recommend adding to your list! We did the Rio Bueno River Tubing Adventure with a group of 10 (ages 6–38), and it was an absolute blast from start to finish! 💦 The ride down the river was the perfect mix of relaxing + fun 😂 Our guides, Roy & Anthony, kept us laughing the entire time and were so much fun! 🛟 We felt safe, taken care of, and never rushed 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Perfect for families AND groups This was easily one of those “core memory” experiences for our trip and I highly recommend to anyone thinking of booking it. Just do it, you won’t regret it. It was our favorite excursion of the whole trip.

Fun, safe and beautiful! - While at port in Falmouth we did the tubing excursion and it was fun and beautiful! Our guide was Andre and he was so fun and entertaining while also keeping us safe. Highly recommend!

Definitely would do this again! - Our guide was very informative about the river. The hurricane in October 2025 totally changed the path of the river, and he was able to explain all of it very well. We lost a paddle and he immediately fixed in to retrieve it smiling all the way. A happy happy happy memory made for us

Amazing time - Our experience in Jamaica today was amazing. We were apprehensive, but more than enjoyed ourselves. The bus driver there was prompt and save, both ways. Our guide down the river went above and beyond. Would 100% recommend, and not listen to fodder online. Book this.

Super fun short... - Super fun short adventure! The guides were great and the river was beautiful. Make sure you bring some cash/card to buy drinks and snacks when you arrive at the beach!

Had to Cancel - Awesome Customer Support! - Unfortunately my wife and I had to disembark our cruise earlier than anticipated. The Viator Team and tour guide responded promptly and allowed a refund on our excursion. All I can say is A++ to them as I will definitely book through their site in the future. 😊

good for kids - just the right amount of time not too long not too short, felt safe as an outsider. Our tour guide was a nice young man that handled everything wonderfully!

Pick another excursion. Not all it is displayed as - There was no rope swing for the kids to plunge into the river. There was NO waterfalls to be seen. The Tubing was fun but over all not what we had expected. Also we had no planned on bring cash with us on the excursion and when we made it to the "Beach" it was CASH ONLY. I wish we would have been given a heads up.
