Great private shuttle! - My husband and I used Ann for our trip to Jamaica in February 2026 and highly recommend her! We originally booked her through Viator for private airport transfer. She immediately contacted me the next day to get our flight information and ensure she was there right on time. Throughout the day of travel she stayed in communication with us and was very easy to find the moment we walked out of the airport. Her vehicle was clean and comfortable; we felt very safe. She is a wealth of knowledge about the island and although we had not planned on taking any excursions on our trip, but she easily talked us into taking advantage of the luminous lagoon right next to our resort. (Not in a "We felt pressured" way at all, but rather "we didn't know about that option and it sounds really cool" way!). We were able to request her services via whats app and for a very reasonable price she picked us up from our hotel, had arranged for us to get the very first wristbands of the night, and escorted us to everywhere we needed to be. One funny story- when we were waiting for her for that excursion the taxi stand people at the hotel were asking about our trip back to the airport, trying to make sure we had reliable transportation booked. The moment they saw it was Ann picking us they immediately back off and said "oh you are in good hands!". Whenever we return to Jamaica we will 100% book with Ann and are recommending her to anyone who is considering travel to the area!
