Our driver was Travis... - Our driver was Travis with Trav Sun Tours and he was phenomenal! Called me when he was running late due to an accident on the road. About a 20-minute drive from our resort in Montego Bay. Travis was friendly and talkative along the way. A rum punch was included when we got there, waiting for the sun to set. There were 3 or 4 boats total that took people out in the lagoon and let people in to swim and take pics. It was hard to get phone pics with no flash and the people moving in the water. Video worked pretty well. They had a photographer that would take pics for $30 (plus tip). Travis was our private driver and stopped on the way back to our resort for dinner (we paid for his plus we tipped him). Highly recommend this tour!

So freaking cool!! - I went into this experience knowing that the amount of bioilluminescence that you see can be effected by the weather (I was a little worried since it had rained in Montego bay that afternoon). That being said, I was surprised to see that the water was BRIGHT with activity. Definitely an amazing, once-in-a-lifetime experience. Lisa was an excellent driver and guide, and was very knowledgeable about everything. I truly recommend her and this excursion. The rum punch was also excellent! Side note: Be mindful of what's around you when you are swimming (as best as you can). Regardless of what the boat crew will tell you, there are jellyfish in the water. Even though they will deny it, know that they are fully equipped with numbing cream and alcohol and won't hesitate to help out! Besides that little part (really very minor), it was perfect!

Glowing Review - An amazing experience! After a rough excursion with another company when we didn’t make it to the lagoon, Travis helped us book with Trav Sun to make up for it. We thought we were going to have him as our guide again, because we had such a good experience with him to Negril. We were slightly disappointed, but when Lisa picked us up, we were pleasantly surprised! She is Travis’s wife, and was a joy to and from the resort. The experience itself is once in a lifetime. Definitely plan to jump in, or you will miss out on most of the fun!

Fun Jamaican Evening Tour - Travis was so kind and knowledgeable about Jamaica! He took our group to the bioluminescent cove which was incredible, and then helped us find an amazing meal. We really felt like we were experiencing the real Jamaica and Travis was so fun to be around! I couldn’t recommend his services more. 10/10!

A must do in MoBay! - What a cool experience!! You don't glow as much as the pictures may lead you to believe but it was a great adventure for a few hours! Wear a throw away bathing suit or an old one you don't care about staining! It's very swampy water, leaves big dark streaks in lighter colors but worth it!

Overrated but a Really Nice Crew - This tour is ultimately just okay. The crew is super friendly, so this is no knock to them at all. However, the goal seems to be to head to the middle of a lagoon, jump in and wiggle around in the mud. Ultimately, the concept and color is neat but not really worth the effort for the experience. Also, I did wonder about the safety of roaming around a lagoon with numerous boats and no lights on. You come very close to each other going at fairly decent speeds, and that is disconcerting. Honestly, this is one I would not recommend or do again.

A bad experience - The place is dreadful, starting with life jackets (partitions in the middle) for more people to use, very little bioluminescence, nothing to do with photos, the water of the lagoon would believe that it is absolutely unhealthy, when one returns and sees by the reflectors of the boats where he has been bathing......gives chills!!!!

Jamaica 2024 - SOOOO.... Disappointed, don't let the photos fool you, like it did us. There is no vibrate colours and no sunset cruise. You depart on a 3 min boat trip to the middle of the lagoon once it's dark. Basically, they want people in the water for the photographer to get your photo, enhance the photos with backlighting and then charge you a hefty sum to purchase the photos. You will not see any colours, no sparkle, twinkle or glow like you do in the brochures. Unfortunately, definitely not worth money or time, sorry but it's true.

Nothing like picture shows. - This was by far the worst Excursion I have ever been on! First of all, they went out in the rain more importantly we went to the spot to see the illuminated water and it was not illuminated at all. We would have enjoyed it better if they had blue flashlights under the water. When we asked about the lack of excitement compared to the picture we were told it was because of the rain. If that had been the case they should have canceled it or at least given us the chance to reschedule it. Extremely disappointed!!!
