Wow! Incredible experience - Wow, what an experience I had. I had so much fun shooting this ocean shoot/video. The photographer was very professional and knew what he was doing. I would recommend this experience for anyone visiting Montego Bay, Jamaica. I give it a 10/10

Drone photo - I haven’t received the photos that I paid extra to have same day only the video it was nice I did get unedited drone video

Where are my pictures? - Staff was good, helpful, and friendly. I was told prior that I would have my edited pictures back in 24 hours. Company said 3 days. It’s been 5 days. Still no photos. Viator site says 7 pics will be edited. They only edit 5. Price was $140 higher than going directly through the company which I didn’t know until I got there. I paid $300, others there paid $160 for regular shoot or $260 with flowers. My price did include transportation (hotel was 5 minutes away) but whole experience took almost 5 hours. Supposed to take 2 hrs or less.

Birthday photo shoot canceled - Clear kayak photo shoot in Montego Bay My photo shoot was Canceled 8/16 8:00 pm no reason why just canceled. I messaged them on the viator app no response then I messaged what’sapp viator support to see what happened to my reservation less then 24 hrs before my 8/17 appt Courtney responded back saying “it was cancelled by the operator”. With no further reason. I wish they at least canceled 23 hrs to two days before to I could’ve booked with a different company. That was my only day to do the photo shoot, because I had to go home the next day. Wish they were more considerate and professional. Do no book with them not guaranteed to have a photo shoot!

Bad Experience!!! - We never received our edited photos and our driver show up a hour late and plus he left us at the beach and didn’t tell us he was gone

Tacky unprofessional staff!!! - These people are soooo unprofessional, do yourself a favor and DO NOT book with them. They did not provide what they said they would, and when I asked for a refund they started harassing me…absolute worse experience I’ve had for $360… I wish I could give a 0 star review !!!!

Horrible - The coordinator for this trip was very unprofessional, went to the shoot, waited 4hours but the weather didn’t permit so we was told to come back the next morning to do the shoot. Long story short, the coordinator did not reply back to the messages the next morning and didn’t refund the money either.
