- Culross - The journey continues to the Royal Burgh of Culross, a splendid example of a 17th-century village, located on Fife’s coast on the northern side of the Forth River. Outlander enthusiasts will recognize this charming village as the Mercat Cross, featured as Cranesmuir Village in the series.
- St. Andrews - Arriving in the breathtaking medieval town of St Andrews just in time for lunch and refreshments, visitors can explore the historic town. St Andrews is rich in history, hosting Scotland’s oldest university, a renowned cathedral, a famous golf course, and is where Prince William met Kate. It is named after Scotland’s Patron Saint. To discover more about St Andrew and his commemorative day, visitors can choose to visit the Castle or the Cathedral for an additional fee paid directly to the attraction (optional extra).
- Falkland - Falkland, a delightful village in Fife, is our next tour stop. Known for its rich history, scenic streets, and ties to Scottish royalty, the town’s renaissance palace was a favored retreat for the Stuart Kings and Queens. Outlander fans might also recognize Falkland’s streets as 1940s Inverness in the show. Visitors have the option to visit Falkland Palace for an additional fee paid directly to the attraction (optional extra).
- Queensferry - On the return journey to Glasgow, there will be a photo stop at an engineering marvel. Spanning three centuries of Scottish industry and innovation, the three bridges across the Forth—the Queensferry Crossing, the Forth Road Bridge, and the Forth Rail Bridge—are a spectacular sight. From here, it is only a short distance before returning to Glasgow, concluding the 1-day tour.

Adam is most recommended guide - Adam is fantastic guide. The way he presented about places and history is absolutely amazing. Because of him i liked Scotland bit more. Hope we gonna see him again in next tour of ours 😁.

Gerry was absolutely fantastic. Great trip. - This day trip was far more than we thought. Jerry was very enthusiastic and went out of his way for everyone to enjoy their trip. Great knowledge and an absolute fantastic guide. We honestly couldn't have asked for a better trip or guide.

Great day trip - Jerry was very gracious. Safety and knowledge is his strength. We made several stops on our journey. Delightful small towns and well timed bathroom stops. Will recommend it to my family and friends.

Enjoyable and Entertaining - Our tour was enjoyable, with the very energetic and entertaining Wee Davie. Ever so knowledgeable about the sites we passed and we went to, plus the side jokes made our day. This is our third Timberbush tour and we absolutely recommend using this company.

Would have liked more... - Would have liked more time at the Kelpies stop. Trying to see the gift shop, use the facilities and see the Kelpies was very hard to complete with only 30 minutes. Otherwise this was a great tour.

Great Tour - The tour itinerary was great and we visited some very interesting destinations. The quality and comfort of the minibus was also excellent. The tour guide was a very nice man - and his driving was very good… but we didn’t care for him sharing his political views nor his wildly inaccurate and misguided ‘facts’ about wind turbines and renewable energy.
