Best solo traveling experience - BOOK THE TOUR! This was such a great experience from the ride to the tour to the restaurant recommendations! This was hands down the best tour. Wear something comfy you don’t mind getting wet and bring a waterproof pouch, the tour is about 3 hours!

El Yunque Rainforest - Small Tour - The rainforest didn't disappoint in any way. Seeing the lush green environment and hearing the various birds was exactly what I hoped for. Hiking through some of the areas can be very muddy or slippery rock and need to navigate carefully so wear a pair of shoes with great traction. Travel light and if you want to enjoy the whole experience don't bring anything that can't get wet. The rock waterslide and plung into the water was exhilarating. I didn't do the rope swing due to weak hands, but people said it was amazing experience as well. Then go all in and put on a clay face mask to exfoliate your skin as my winter weathered skin feels so smooth after doing so. Finally, I would highly suggest you book with a small group tour company if you want to have a more time personally to talk to the guide to ask questions, have more attention on more difficult navigation areas for help, and just be able to enjoy nature. Your guide Miguel was totally awesome, very friendly, shared local knowledge, took pictures and videos of us to provide for free, ensured we were always safe, and always kept ensuring we were enjoying our experience on what we wanted to get out of it. It was reassuring to know he was certified in water rescue and first aid treatment, though very happy to say it wasn't required!

After some confusion with... - After some confusion with the meeting point in the morning and having to figure out what number to call, the representative on the phone worked hard to find a new guide ASAP. The Guide Marlon was amazing and a really fun time. He made sure we all had a good time and were safe. He made sure many times to apologize for the inconvenience but I was happy that it ended up being him. The experience with him was amazing!

Super fun time in El Yunque - We had a great day in El Yunque. It was beautiful and we had a lot of fun. There were two river slides we climbed to and different heights for cliff jumping for different comfort levels and a great rope swing. The guide was super encouraging for anyone who felt nervous. Dress prepared for getting wet and climbing rocks. It was one of our favorite experiences in PR.

A challenging and fulfilling adventure! - This is an amazing experience. Ivan, our guide, was helpful in sharing all about the rainforests' organisms and history. He was also helpful in making us safe and giving us pointers in navigating the hike and slides. You definitely need to be in good shape for this hike and wear shoes with a grip as the rocks are slippery. You will get wet, muddy, and be sore the next day. Overall a great adventure!

Amazing guide and hike to El Yunque natural waterslides. - This tour is amazing. The hike to the water is pretty easy but once you start to hike up to the natural waterslides, it gets much tougher. This tour guide took us to two waterslides, other tours there only went to one. The waterslides look scary but are really fun and safe and are totally worth it. Our guide, Ivan was amazing and helped us over the tougher rocks and was super knowledgeable about the rainforest. Take his advice and leave everything in your hotel or the van, (even your phone) as he takes photos and videos of all of your experiences and sends them to you. You will need your hands to climb and invest in some water shoes from the supermarket where you meet him if you don't have any. Super amazing experience.
