Amazing! - Julio was awesome! Loved his island and was proud to be there! He was very knowledgeable about the rainforest, the island, and the ecosystem of Puerto Rico. Riley and Oliver were great as well, very helpful and took pictures/videos for you so you don’t damage your phone! We were brought to the less touristy areas as well so we got more of an experience than other groups I think!

Book it - Super fun and exciting! Wear sneakers as water shoes don’t have the best grip. Don’t hesitate to try it out even if you aren’t the fittest. The guides were extremely helpful.

So glad we did it with Paradise Seekers! - I usually don’t like to write review unless the experience was outstanding or was really bad that I want people to be aware of. This is our first time in Puerto Rico (and won’t be the last for sure) and we did the El Yunque tour with Paradise Seekers today and we were impressed and very happy that we chose to book with them. From the beginning, Arnie was the one who got in touch with us when we reached out with some questions. He was very helpful and tried to accommodate our needs and concerns as we have small kids (7 and 10 years old). We appreciate his honesty and all the efforts to try to give us some good information. On the day of the tour, we got picked up from our hotel right on time. Alvin was our driver and he was very nice and friendly. The car was clean, and comfortable. Julio was our main tour guide along with another 2 assisting guides (I’m so bad at remembering names). They all are great and very helpful. If you don’t want to bring your phone along, one of the tour guide will take videos and pictures for you from her phone for you. Julio was so great and very knowledgeable about the rain forest. He is one of those who does this not just because it’s his job but he also enjoys doing it. The other tour guides were great as well. They were really helpful and always made sure everyone can hike up safely. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for the rain forest tour. Thanks to Paradise Seekers team for the most fun excursion we did on our first time in Puerto Rico!

A fun and thrilling adventure! - This rainforest hike was so much fun! The tour guide picked up me and some other guests from our hotels and stopped by a small local kiosk to get some breakfast. After the safety briefing we got a bunch of information and facts about the rainforest from one of the guides. The hike is easy but the most thrilling parts were the waterslides and jumping off the cliffs! As someone who doesn’t like height's, I am so happy that I participated in every activity! The guides made sure everyone was comfortable and safe, since some people preferred to just watch others jump. Afterwards we drove to the luquillo kiosks and got to enjoy our lunch at the beautiful pocita el arrife and buy some souvenirs. I would recommend this tour to anyone up for an adventure! Plus the pictures the guides took are a fun little memory.

Amazing experience - We had an amazing time on this tour. When selecting a tour, I made sure to book one that showed helmets in the photos because it seemed like it could be dangerous sliding down rocks in the river. I am SO glad I did, because I slipped while walking in the river and fell into a boulder in the water, but was completely fine because of the helmet! Our guide, Julio, was amazing! He shared so much knowledge about Puerto Rico and his love for his island was palpable. I highly recommend this tour.

Crowded conditions.... - Crowded conditions. Expect lots of other people. You should be comfortable climbing up and over big rocks.

Great time with family and friends! (Teenagers loved it!) - We had a fantastic time with Julio as our guide and Fernando as our driver! Definitely wear old tennis shoe or trails shoes. Lots of rock scrambling/climbing and uneven/slippery terrain. Bring a change of clothes and shoes for drive back to resorts. Leave everything in the locked van with Fernando except phone/camera in waterproof case, if you want it. For those that don’t want to do the higher cliff jumps, Julio will guide you to a place to sit and watch. We did one jump off a rope swing, 2 natural water slides and about 5-6 cliff jumps. All together a fun time! Especially for the adventurous teenagers and fun seeker parents!

Great water and hiking adventure- 5 stars - What a fantastic time!!! Loved our driver Fernando and our guide Julio was the best! This was a truly unique climbing, hiking and water adventure. Wear your tennis shoes! You will get soaked head to toe. I was really glad I wore yoga pants and my swim shirt with my bathing suit as there were some tight muddy squeezes. I felt safe and my three teen boys thought it was great. I would say it’s a bit like Dunn River Falls in Jamaica, but unique in other respects and way better! Rope jumps, water slides, cliff jumps all possible. Water and snacks at the end. Don’t plan on bringing anything on the hike. Towels/dry clothes in the car. I highly highly recommend. I’m not the youngest or the most limber, but I was able to do this.

Outstanding tour with Alvin - We had an amazing experience! Alvin guided us through several natural rock water slides, and multiple opportunities to jump from doffering height cliffs. We had a group of 14, ranging in ages from 13 to 50, and all loved it!

Disappointed. - The tour operator is rude when there was a problem you called for. The main tour guide was not very friendly or helpful especially if you do not swim. His accent was strong and hard to understand. Also I picked the tour w/o transport because trip advisor had the option of tour start point as plaza colon, so I automatically assumed that it did not require transport as I was staying near the Plaza. I had messaged them previously regarding this to make sure my pick up was the Plaza and all they said was you will be informed the night before of the time of pick up. On the night of the tour they inform me that plaza colon is not a pick up point and you have to pay an additional $120 for transport from the plaza. Why wasnt this clarified this when I had initially messaged them? I would have booked another tour. Very disappointed.
