• Your Experience Begins with a Seamless Arrival To ensure a smooth and stress-free start to your unforgettable journey, we kindly ask that you arrive at the marina no later than one hour prior to your scheduled departure. Please note that check-in will close promptly 30 minutes before departure. Guests who arrive after this time will be marked as no-shows, and as stated in our policy, no refunds will be issued. Our check-in area is conveniently located beneath the white tent next to the iconic tree with the red, white, and blue painted trunk, a welcoming landmark that signals the beginning of your adventure. For guests driving to the marina, complimentary street parking is available in the surrounding area. Please remember to bring a valid photo ID matching the name on the reservation, as this is required to complete your check-in.
