Our catamaran experience... - Our catamaran experience was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, the communication was clear and easy, and the crew was incredibly attentive to every detail. The boat itself was beautiful, spacious, and well kept, which made the trip even more enjoyable. We felt well taken care of the entire time. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful day on the water!

Highlight of Puerto Rico - Great Experience. We paid to have a Captain and crew. We were a family of 12. The snorkeling location was phenomenal. The only feedback I would be is for the crew to maintain a better organized/clean deck, not a big deal for most but clean and organized surroundings make the experience even more enjoyable.

A must book! - The boat was amazing! Much larger than it appears in the photos! Our captains Danny and Oscar were great as well! They took great pictues with a high quality camera. Also, Crystal was kind enough to drive all the way over to our AirBNB and hour away to return my friends wallet! Really above and beyond service! The water was also incredible! Highly recommend.

A Magical Family Trip aboard Jenica! - Family of 8 celebrating wife’s birthday, Capitán Angel Luis and crew were great, spent 6 hours on Jenica cruising, snorkeling, and swimming. The catamaran was wonderful, food was tasty and the crew took really great care of all of us. A truly magical day!

Private Catamaran Charter Puerto Rico - The Captain and 2 crew members, Crystal and Christian were so easy going and fun to hang out with for the day. They were professional, had great service, making sure we were taken care of from snacks, food, towels, drinks and water toys. We felt very spoiled and enjoyed their very easy going demeanor. Navigating the 47 foot vessel in windy conditions seemed seemless and the Captains experience was evident. The only negative feedback is for the the Viator site and communication. At time of booking, I was required to pay the full price on line for this particular private charter. I did receive email confirmation of my payment and basic details of the trip as described on Viator. Two days before our charter I emailed, texted and left a message on the contact phone number on the site with some basic questions, ie, lunch options, towels needed, water toys included? This lack of response and information required me to go to the marina a day in advance to insure the legitimacy of the charter and get the details for my party of 6 for a 6 hour charter the next day. Luckily the staff at Sea Ventures were very apologetic, and provided me with the 2 page detail of the menu options that we needed to choose prior to departure and details of meeting and arrival time etc. The good news about this unplanned detour, was touring the beautiful marina and the amenities it provided, ie, restaurant, marketplace, etc. Once we confirmed the details of the charter, all was good, and had a memorable time.

Private experience diving and beach time and lunch! Exceptional experience! - Captain Nomar and the Dive Team of Jose and Lol were fantastic. We brought four first time divers on the Jenica for their skills test and first dive. My wife and I are experienced divers and this was our opportunity to introduce the kids to diving. From the moment we stepped on to the catamaran type boat, we were treated like first class. Jose and Lola are excellent instructors. The kids, ages 13 - 25, were introduced to the water in a controlled setting. After skills testing we ventured out to a local island where the coral was beautiful, the fish were plentiful along with an octopus, a lobster and my favorite, a green turtle. After our dive, we took a ride to an island for a little sun and fun followed by a great meal cooked by Jose. This was a great adventure for our family.
