Our first stop will be a fantastic view of the Wadi El Rayan waterfalls, admire the powerful cascades of water which provide a stark contrast to the surrounding arid landscape. Now, it is time for a camel ride, feel like a Bedouin explorer as you ride through the beautiful desert.
The next stop it the panoramic view form the Mudawara Mountains, make a stop for photos from the top of the mountain. Are you ready to make your adrenaline high? it is time for Dune bashing by the 4X4 land Cruiser followed by a stop to enjoy some sand-boarding. Strap yourself to the sandboard and glide down the sparkling, yellow sand at a fast pace.
After the activity is done it is time to stop at a Bedouin desert camp and enjoy a delicious BBQ lunch or dinner based on option selected, taste the bedouin Tea. Once you are done, you will be dropped back to your hotel or selected location in Cairo or Giza

Awesome experience at Wadi El-Rayan - I had an amazing time with Touritos. At first, we had some trouble with the original booking. But Gamal called me personally and we sorted out all the trouble. He took care of the situation and personally picked me up from my hotel to start the tour.
We did some sandboarding, camel riding, dune bashing with a 4x4 vehicle, visited the Magic Lake and ended up with a nice lunch in a Bedouin camp. Everything went smoothly and without trouble.
Gamal was attentive, patient, communicative and the best tour guide we could ask for. He even helped me with taking pictures, because I was traveling alone.
One thing that got my attention was that we even stopped in the middle of the road to help other tour guide car that has been broken down in their return to the national park entrance. They taught me about Egyptian solidarity, where you don’t leave people stranded in the middle of the desert.
I will 100% recommend booking any tours with Touritos and Gamal. 5/5 stars.

Unforgettable Desert Adventure with the Best Guide – Hussein! - If you're in Cairo and craving a break from the city hustle, this is the experience you need. Our day trip to Wadi El Rayan National Park was nothing short of magical — and that’s thanks in large part to our incredible guide, Hussein.
From the moment we were picked up, Hussein made us feel welcome, safe, and excited for the day ahead. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and truly passionate about sharing the beauty of Egypt with us.
The itinerary was perfectly paced:
ATV ride by the pyramids – Absolutely unreal! Riding quad bikes through the desert with the Great Pyramids in the background was a once-in-a-lifetime thrill.
4x4 safari through the Sahara – The ride was wild, fast-paced, and so much fun — pure adventure through the dunes.
Camel ride – A fun, authentic experience with great photo ops.
Wadi El Rayan waterfall – A beautiful surprise in the desert.
Sandboarding – Not as fast as snowboarding, but a must-try in the dessert.
Bedouin barbecue lunch – Delicious food, warm hospitality, and the perfect way to end the adventure. Plus, the tea was amazing!
Hussein made everything seamless, from guiding us through the dunes to making sure we were comfortable at every stop. He also shared fascinating insights into the history of Egypt, which added so much depth to the experience. This tour is perfect for anyone who wants to get a taste of the Egyptian desert with just the right amount of adventure and cultural immersion.
Don’t miss this trip — and definitely ask for Hussein if you can!

Kareem was amazing, thank you! - Today was the perfect close to our week in Cairo. Kareem was amazing and made the day enjoyable. He was willing to accommodate and slow down for things we enjoyed more and speed up those that weren’t as important to us. From start to finish, the tour was excellent. The dinner at the end of the day was exceptional, chicken, rice, potatoes, and salad. We truly enjoyed the day, thank you again, Kareem.

Amazing Tour!! - This excursion was AWESOME! They pick you up directly from your hotel and communicate well via whatsapp (so make sure you have that downloaded). It was a fun filled day and they made sure we got the best photos. On the drive home, we stopped for photos of the gorgeous sunset & they even got us some refreshing sugar cane juice. Highly recommend booking this tour! Be prepared to be out all day, and have so much FUN!

Will not book again - The driver did not show up to pick me up and therefore did not go on the tour. Sent three messages to the operator within a one hour time frame that I was waiting and for no response.

deserted before the desert - i don’t know what happened with this tour. i was VERY excited to go to the desert and do all the activities listed. (especially the sand boarding!)
i reached out to the tour the day before my booking to no response. then i woke up on the day of ready to head out and no one ever responded to me. my pick-up
time came and went and no one arrived to take me on my tour. i tried contacting them as did viator and neither of us was able to get a response.
there are lots of positive reviews on this listing, which is why i booked originally but i would take this with a grain of salt and make sure you get into contact with the operator prior to the cancellation deadline.

NO SHOW - No show. Free up a day for this but NO SHOW. Messaged the operator on TripAdvisor, sent a WhatsApp to the number provided after confirmation. Made me doubt all the 5 stars reviews on this site now.

100% confirmed scam. 100% waste of time. Fake company. - Reached out the day before the tour to confirm the pick up time. Was told by the tour operator that the tour is confirmed and would reach out by the end of the day to confirm the time. The tour operator did not reach out at the ens of the day so I did. No reply. I reached out in the morning, on the day of the tour and received no response. I called the tour operator 10+ times and no one answered. I reached out to Viator and they couldnt find them. The company is a joke and most likely a scam. At the scheduled pick up time, they said the driver was in a car accident which was made up. They dont have any guides, but they will happily take your money. Pay $20 more dollars for the other tour and be happy. These scammers ruined my day.

Scan tour, proceed with caution. - Do not recommend. They did not contact me. I attempted a few times to get details after it was confirmed and there was no answer. All other tours I booked messaged me multiple times, I was ghosted by this tour. Even the Viator customer service couldn’t get ahold of this tour company. I have requested a refund and still haven’t heard anything. Viator is good but this tour company Touritos is a scam.

Stay Away From This Tour - Stay away. In the Viator site and on our confirmation, this tour was scheduled to depart at 8 AM from our hotel. Called the tour operator at 8:10 AM, no response. Called Viator at 8:30 AM, who called the tour operator, no response. I was told I would receive a refund. Three days later, still no refund.
