Great tour, don't miss it... - The tour started on time and handled professionally. It was a long drive to the viewing sight north of Fairbanks (about 1.5 hours and 70 miles). There was a short stop at an outdoor rest stop, about 10 minutes away from the final destination. The tour stopped there on the outbound and return trip. The van was kept heated to get out of the cold (must have been -11 degrees outside). We had a great night. The sky was clear and the aurora was visible as soon as we got to the site and was visible the entire time (about 3-4 hours) we were on site (KP index was 7 the evening of our tour). There was no need to move to a different location. The tour allowed multiple professional shots of the guest and the aurora. On the return trip the Elana stopped for one more spot to look at the aurora when she sighted another active view. Hand and toe warmers were provided to all the guests. (Note: pictures taken with an android phone on night mode). Overall, I highly recommend this tour.

the best aurora tour - One of the best aurora tours in Fairbanks. The team is very professional and provides body warmers, snacks, water, and a comfortable car. You can really feel their passion for the aurora, and they know how to find it.

Best trip ever - Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! Words can’t describe how wonderful this tour was from the start to finish. Elena the driver/ the tour guide/ and the photographer was excellent. We had a great experience with her. She picked us up at 8.00pm from our hotel in a big mini bus. Super comfortable.clean and cozy . We drove out for 1 hour or so to get to this place up in the mountains. They did a bathroom stop before we parked to see the auroras. We parked and we were the only ones with their other bus with each 12 people. Not crowded at all. She explained us about the aurora and everything related to it. She gave us snack water ,hand and toe warmers through the 4 hours and took so many pics with the aurora. We had such a fantastic time . They dropped us back in our hotel and gave us each cakes to take back. What an experience ! Unforgettable ♥️. Thank you Elena

An amazing experience! - We had a great night viewing the Auroras. Ehlena was very nice, helpful, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. She came to the van several times when the auroras changed/improved to let us know so we could come out to see.

Awesome Aurora experience with true “Aurora-holics” - The husband & wife team Ed & Elena were beyond amazing & we had an awesome experience! They worked so hard to make sure we got to see the Aurora, driving to where it was best visible. They communicated with us beforehand & picked us up exactly when & where they said. It was a dream Alaskan Northern Lights adventure. The vans were new, nice & heated. They provided plenty of facts about the Aurora & snacks. They even took professional pictures which are going to be way better than my iPhone pictures. They provided tasty snacks & even gave us chocolate cake as a parting gift. Arctic Nights Tours are the best! You should definitely book them for your aurora adventure.

A beautiful experience - This experience was beautiful! The auroras were out early for us, so our night was about 6 hours (8pm -2 am). We were able to see them on our way to the designated site and at the site. Let’s just say- BEAUTIFUL!! We saw the auroras dancing and were able to see the green and purple. We stopped on our way there and back whenever we saw an aurora. The guides are super knowledgeable on the auroras. They would get super excited hyping up the crowd. They took so many pictures of us. It was COLD. You could enter and exit the van as many times as you would like. I would definitely recommend this activity.

wonderful! - We had an amazing time on this tour. The weather was very cold, but we were able to return to the van as needed to warm up. The photography aspect was amazing and we got many beautiful pictures. It is a long night - we left our hotel around 8:00 pm and did not get back until 4:00 am. However, it was worth it. Nature is your bathroom, so be prepared for that! They gave us cake at the end, which was a really nice treat after being out in the cold all night. Would definitely recommend this tour for anyone wanting to see the Northern Lights.

One of our favorite memories!! - This was an incredible experience and we would recommend this to anyone! My husband and I went to Fairbanks Alaska in February and were really hoping to see the Northern Lights as it was a lifelong dream of ours. Our tour guides went above and beyond to make our dream come true! They were very knowledgeable about the Aurora, gave us plenty of delicious snacks, and kept us warm and safe on our adventure. When we finally saw the Aurora at 1:30am- the excitement and passion and wonder they showed was just incredible!!! It made the experience unforgettable. We will remember it for the rest of our lives. Thank you Arctic Night Tours!!!

An amazing first aurora... - An amazing first aurora experience! Particularly loved the photos, free snacks (jerky, chips, cookies) and water, and pickup/dropoff directly back at our hotel. Our guides worked extremely hard to chase the aurora (we drove out like 3-4 hours outside of Fairbanks for optimal viewing conditions) and take amazing photos of us-- even in the cloud and cold weather-- and we were so happy we got to see the lights and have the memories captured for us. They sent us home with a slice of cake as well, which was so sweet of them. Highly recommended to book a tour with them as they are clearly so passionate and great at what they do.
