Great place to see the Northern Lights! - Great value because it includes professional pics if the Lights come out! Most at same price don’t include professional pics. Great hospitality and comfortable seating while you wait!

Absolutely Breathtaking!! - This experience was absolutely incredible! I drove myself to Joy and David’s cabin, which turned out to be a very comfortable and convenient staging point for viewing the Northern Lights. The viewing area was wide open with a beautiful panoramic view, allowing us to see the lights clearly and vividly—even though the KP index was forecasted at only 2. David was my host for the evening, and he was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the Aurora Borealis. He took some stunning photos of me that I’ve proudly shared with family and friends. This tour was truly worth every penny. I also took several photos on my own. For anyone planning to use their phone, make sure you have at least an iPhone 15, set Night Mode to maximum exposure, and bring a tripod—that’s a must! Also, don’t rely too heavily on weather forecasts, even a few days out. My app predicted cloudy skies in Fairbanks on the day I arrived, but it ended up being a perfectly clear night with not a cloud in sight. Thank you, God, for allowing me to witness the Northern Lights. And thank you, David and Joy, for creating such an unforgettable, once-in-a-lifetime experience. I’ve already recommended your business to my family and friends!

WORTH EVERY PENNY - This. Was. AWESOME. The cabin was super cozy with snacks and such and Davey was on TOP of getting us out to see the lights when they were strong! He even helped us set our phones to capture them the best. He took professional photos of us that were some of the best we’ve ever had taken, with the lights in their full glory! Couldn’t recommend this experience more!

Aurora borealis done right - A well organized and well interpreted look at one of the great spectacles in the Creation. Our operator, David, picked us up at our hotel and drove us to the outskirts of town to a nicely attired cabin, where he explained to us how to set our cameras and phones to best capture images of the Aurora. He has an aurora image indicator set up in the cabin and is able to anticipate spikes in activity. Each time there was a spike he let us know and we were able to go outside and see the lights as well as photograph them. The cabin also has plenty of tea and coffee options (including cappuccino!) and snacks. The result is a relaxed atmosphere, with plenty of interaction between the guests. David also took a series of photos of everyone with the lights behind them and shared them with us, individually. This was the first time my family and I have seen the Aurora borealis; it couldn’t have gone better!

Bucket list ✔️ - It was good overall we saw the aurora after 2 + hours of waiting. The host was nice there was about 20 people that spoke his language to most of the time he was giving them his attention. We ask several times to dime the lights without him doing so. The aurora was out it was extremely cold so we wanted to take some pictures inside as well. But he was more about getting a picture outside when we could have been viewing the Aurora. We felt very rushed. The Aurora was beautiful the cabin was warm and plenty of snacks and hot coffee and hot chocolate.

Shouldn't have happened. - Guests at my hotel were sharing that their aurora tours (from a different operator) were being canceled & refunded because of bad weather. This one was not. I asked the driver if it was being canceled and he said, "There's always a chance." There wasn't. He never updated us once we were at the cabin. I asked once if he would dim the lights in case the lights appeared, but he said, "There's nothing on my screen." No updates, no other information. Had to stay until it was snowing really hard. I would recommend a different operator.
