Fantastic Owl Experience - Wonderful day spent with my husband doing the owl experience with Brad. He was exceptional and so knowledgeable. Fantastic place with the most amazing bird display afterwards.

Amazing Husky Walking Experience - We came for a birthday trip and did the husky walking experience. Our guide was brilliant and very knowledgable about the dogs. It was a lovely walk through fields with some small hills. The dogs were well trained and enjoyed being petted, but incredibly strong! Wear good footwear and you’ll have a lovely day at the centre.

Up close and personal with the Huskies! - We had a lovely few hours at Eagle Heights last weekend. Our daughter had the Meet the Huskies experience as a birthday treat and we had so much fun meeting the amazing dogs. The keeper was really informative and obviously had so much love for the dogs. The experience was well worth the money, we got to meet some real characters and get some extra cuddles and kisses! Other highlights - the bird display - again the keeper showed an amazing connection and love for the birds he was telling us about, we came away knowing much more about the beautiful creatures. The rest of the park, whilst small seems well maintained and the animals well looked after. Some areas could be improved but much of this only possible with donations and visitors. Definitely recommend, it's not a full day out but such a lovely one!

Great day Eagle Flying - Great day out in the Kent countryside. We watched the midday display and after some lunch I had the Eagle flying experience. Flew three different types of eagle increasing in size finishing with Skye the white tailed sea eagle. The falconer supervising was very supportive and knowledgeable.

Amazing huskie walk experience - What an amazing time we had at Eagle Heights!
I went with my 9 year old son for the huskie walk experience and we both loved it. The walk was beautiful and scenic, the guides were friendly and really informative.
The bird display we watched after was really good, although it isn’t a huge place it’s a great day out for a few hours. All of the staff were friendly. We will be returning as I want to sample the afternoon tea as that looked delicious!

Meet and greet with the huskies - Interacting with these gorgeous huskies was fantastic. they are so lively and loving it makes your heart melt and want to stay with them all day. The girl who was giving the information about them was very knowledgeable about every one of them in her care the way they interact with her also showed how happy they are in their environment

A great day out to see amazing birds of prey in a not for profit foundation - This is a great day out for the family or for a date. the birds of prey display is the highlight but there are also other animals to see. you willl learn a lot about birds of prey. It is a relatively small zoo foundation but this is the charm of the place. it is not the corporate zoo. Afternoon tea between the two display shows in the summer is a good tip.
you can also pay for special experiences with the different animals
this foundation is worth supporting !

Nice visit but unfriendly reception staff - We went to visit the Eagle Heights Wildlife foundation today with our young son. It was a nice sunny day and we enjoyed the show and the visit. This is quite a small venue with an few animals so it is quite a quick visit. The staff looking after the birds / animals is knowledgeable and nice. But the dark-haired lady at the reception upon arrival was not friendly at all, and quite rude. My partner was asking her a couple of questions about how to book the “experiences” and she seemed annoyed and did not make us feel welcome. What a shame !

Nice visit but more welcoming staff needed - Nice visit to this little wildlife centre in Kent.
The bird display was lovely and the we enjoyed the picnic tables and the husky experience.
Car park was convenient and staff was nice except the lady when we arrived in the shop. She was very unfriendly and really did not want to be there.

Disappointed - I just visited eagle heights this morning, the flying display was incredible 5* for that. However the reason I have to give this a 1* is I am disabled and had to use one of their wheelchairs while I wait for mine to arrive. My mum wanted me to go out with her and I saw this place was wheelchair accessible and they had one for me to use. I would kindly like to disagree with that statement. I had to give up using the wheelchair as the area near the alpacas was not flat. As a friend was pushing me round it got stuck on something and almost tipped me out. Then I didn't feel comfortable or safe to be in it. I decided to get up and use my crutches which I didn't feel safe walking in because of how slippy everywhere was. I ended up having to leave early because of this. I understand it's been raining but the pathways are not disabled friendly. I didn't get to see hardly anything because I felt unsafe.
