- Djupalonssandur Beach - The next highlight is a sandy beach and bay at the base of the Snæfellsjökull glacier in Iceland. The guide will share fascinating stories about the fishing village and the shipwrecks that rest on the beach.
- Budakirkja - Moving to the east side, there will be a stop at Búðakirkja, a 19th-century church. Originally built in 1703, the church was dismantled and rebuilt in 1987 due to a lack of attendees. In recent years, this minimalist structure, surrounded by mountains and Iceland’s rugged nature, has become a popular subject for photographers, so be sure to capture some photos for your collection!

Don't Miss Snaefellsnes Peninsula! - Giuseppe was a great driver and tour guide; very knowledgeable of the history and responsive to questions, and attentive to the group. I liked that he always checked if everyone was on the bus before leaving. The Snaefellsnes peninsula is a must. The geography is of this area is very impressive and filled with history.

Great tour - The tour is simply a sightseeing tour. MAGGA our tour guide is really great as she has huge knowledge of the history and transfers to story telling the whole trip. It is not easy to have smooth presentation during a 7-hour trip while driving. Thank you!

Best way to spend a day in Iceland - We loved this tour and were able to see so many varied landscapes and fascinating places. Docile was an amazing guide. She was informative, funny, personable and presented a lot of interesting facts, legends and anecdotes. She made the tour so much fun.

Slavi is the best! - My girlfriend and I went on this tour and we absolutely loved it! It was a 12 hour tour with about 15 people total and our tour guide, Slavi, was excellent. He informed us a lot about Iceland as well as everything we were seeing. He was also very funny and made sure we were all entertained the whole time. His driving was also great! The weather in Iceland is unpredictable especially this time of year (March) and the guy drove expertly!

A beautiful tour with breathtaking views - This was a beautiful tour and our guide, Guna, was the best, sharing not only details about the places we visited, but also about Iceland's history, culture and life at large. It was a highly informative trip, and driving around this amazing landscape with Snæfellsjökull dominating the backdrop, is in itself a wonderful experience.

Wonderful tour - This tour was absolutely worth it. Very beautiful and unique views of coastlines, lava fields and charming Icelandic villages.

Not the best - Did this trip as part of the 3 day bucket list tour package and this was the first day. The tour felt extremely rushed as straight from the get-go we were behind schedule due to pick ups taking over an hour! This was very frustrating as everyone has spent lots of money on this tour and none of us were to blame for this, so minus points to the company for organisational skills. The tour itself also wasn't too fascinating. Lot's of churches and open fields, if I was to recommend Iceland to someone new I'd definitely say to skip this day. Our tour guide also wasn't the best. I understand that part of their job is to talk about the area and history, however nearly 12 hours of non stop talking through the microphone gets very frustrating.
