Friendly staff. Rained the day we were to rent the Rail e-bikes, but they offered to refund or to go on a different day.
We ended up going a couple of days later and had a blast! The 9.7's have very powerful motors, and after riding 24 miles in tour, eMTS, and turbo modes, we still had over 60% battery.

Bikes weren’t ready to go when we arrived. Parts were loose, tires didn’t have sealant in them. Bikes were fun to ride once we got going however but overall shop experience wasn’t great. Would likely try somewhere else next time we visit
