MAGICAL - I loved the excursion. The island is a much quieter natural paradise than Saône. Snorkeling at 'The Aquarium' was my favorite part, the water looks like a pool full of life. The typical Dominican buffet was very rich and varied. I would certainly repeat this adventure again.

Excellent - Excellent value for money. The animation of the team kept us happy all the way. The snorkeling equipment was in good condition and the instructions were clear to beginners. Catalina Island is beautiful and the water has blue tones that are never forgotten.

A gem of the Caribbean - A gem of the Caribbean. The logistics from hotel pickup to return were very smooth. Snorkeling on the coral wall is a unique experience, you feel in a documentary. The white sandy beach is perfect for lounging after swimming so much. It's worth every penny!

IMPRESSIVE - Amazing day of sun and sea. We left early from the hotel and the drive was very comfortable. The best thing was the snorkeling stop, the water is crystal clear. Afterwards, relaxation on the island’s private beach was the perfect closure. A 10 out of 10 for the entire team of guides

They made mistakes so they offer a free trip - I booked a trip to Catalina island with KayG Travel Punta Cana, they made a mistake and put us in the wrong trip to Soana Island. I contacted them back and they were generous enough to make up a tour back for us to Catalina island for free. This tells us that they try to do it right when they made mistakes and show us 100% commitment to customer satisfaction. I totally recommend this company

Crystal Waters - Overall the experience was good, the pick up from the Hotel at the agreed time, the catamaran in good condition, nice crew, quiet crossing, place chosen for snorkeling do not meet my expectations, there is better location for this activity, the beach of the island the best, in terms of food very little if you do not arrive in the first boats to the island.

Not good...at all. Kay G Travel and the tour itself was awful and a waste of vacation time and money. - Tour started/pick up at our hotel at 7:50. Drive to another location, wait 30 minutes for pickup by another van. Waited on dock and then in the overloaded boat until past 10:40 waiting for 4 more people to arrive. We were snorkelers, however they put us and several others on a boat serving mostly divers so no room on the boat and extremely overcrowded with diving gear and too many people. By the time we left dock, the waves picked up resulting in someone up top vomiting over the edge onto several unlucky people below. Snorkeling was truly sad as the reefs where they took us for the good diving was mostly dead and they had to throw bread just to get some fish to show up. The "lovely" beach area they took us to had a beautiful dock but they did not use it so those not diving had to wait for little boats to pick us up along with all the other boats out there. They forgot about 10 people on the boat so they were out there waiting at least 30 minutes longer until they could get someone on the phone to send someone out. The beach was packed with side by side "lunch and lounge chairs" businesses and no available lounge chairs except for some old broken ones because our boat was so late getting out there. They said there was snorkeling off the beach which was absolutely untrue; there was literally NOTHING to be seen. When we need to leave the beach it was the little boats again and the different boat captains were battling over who would get their people taken first. They kept yelling us to get onto the boats, but then then the other guy blocked us and pushed his people on, all the while the engine rudder was being pushed into us all by the waves. When we finally to the big boat, the waves kept pushing the little one up against it and they kept yelling "hands in the boat" so people didn't get their hands bashed between. They were grabbing people by the arms and throwing them up onto the deck. This company must not be liked by the little boat operators because every single big boat was gone by the time we were all on. To make things, worse, the entire crew started drinking on the way back and shouting "obscenities" at each other in Spanish. As a Spanish speaker, I didn't appreciate it nor did the parents of young ones. And the agency that booked us, KayG Travel Punta Cana, did not respond to any of our texts while we were waiting on the dock. Somewhere along the trip they texted us back "have a nice trip!" The trip was a complete disaster, unsafe and absolutely would not recommend it.

The worst! - You should absolutely stay away from this trip unless you like being stuck on a bus for four hours to spend 15 minutes snorkeling in a real blah area and be stuck on a beach with blasting music in your ear for three hours before being able to escape This was probably the worst excursion I’ve ever been on!

Scam - It’s a scam, they have you 3 hours on a stationary boat while a few dive in an area where there’s only trash in the background, they just want your money no matter how you spend it, everyone was sick of waiting
