• Evora Public Garden - The Public Garden of Évora is a splendid garden, celebrated for its diverse vegetation and colors, tranquility, and romantic ambiance found in its various corners.
• Ruinas Fingidas - These ruins are situated in the public garden, adjacent to the Palace of Dom Manuel. They were constructed in 1863 by Italian choreographer Giuseppe Cinnatti. The mock ruins feature battlements inspired by Moorish architecture, paired windows with horseshoe arches, porticos, and a tower, all revivalist elements.
• Palacio de Dom Manuel - The Palace of Dom Manuel, also known as the “Gallery of the Ladies,” is located in the Public Garden of Évora. It is an elegant fifteenth-century pavilion, the only remaining structure of the former Royal Palace of Évora, which was destroyed in the nineteenth century. With various Moorish influences, Manueline naturalistic decoration, and Romanesque-inspired details, it is a bright and spacious building that has become one of the city’s most beloved venues for cultural events. Visitors can explore the permanent exhibition at the Interpretive Center of the City of Évora or the temporary exhibitions.
