- Alluvial Fan - During your tour, enjoy a guided walk around the Alluvial Fan to witness a frozen Horseshoe Falls and discover the history of this distinctive feature in the National Park.
- Trail Ridge Road - In winter, Trail Ridge Road is typically closed beyond Many Parks Curve, but your guide will lead you as far as possible to view the National Park from above.
- Hidden Valley Parking Area - Spend up to an hour at the Hidden Valley Snow Play area, where you can enjoy sledding and learn about the history of Hidden Valley.
- Bear Lake - If conditions permit, the main highlight of your guided tour is the renowned Bear Lake. This picturesque area is especially tranquil during the winter off-season. Your guide will accompany you on a snowshoe walk around a frozen Bear Lake, offering numerous beautiful photo opportunities.
- Sprague Lake - If snowshoeing at Bear Lake is not feasible, your guide will instead take you to snowshoe around the equally stunning Sprague Lake.
- Beaver Meadows Visitor Center - Conclude your guided tour with a visit to the Beaver Meadows Visitor Center to purchase souvenirs and have your National Park Passport stamped!

Join us for a guided sledding adventure in our 3-row Subaru Ascent through Rocky Mountain National Park on a 5 - 6 hour private tour with only your party & your guide! On our tour, you’ll see a frozen waterfall, we’ll drive up the iconic Trail Ridge Road as far as it is opened for the season, go sledding for up to an hour at the Hidden Valley snowplay area, if conditions allow, walk around a frozen Bear Lake or Sprague Lake (both flat & less than a mile), and you’ll also visit the Beaver Meadows Visitor Center at the end of your tour. This tour is NOT a hiking tour, and focuses more on driving in the National Park with small strolls throughout. Minimum of 2 guests.
*Micro spikes will be used instead of snowshoes and are included for your tour to keep you safe while walking on icy surfaces.
We are only able to offer hotel pickup in Estes Park. If you’re not staying in Estes Park, we can meet you at the free parking garage for the Estes Park Visitor Center for pickup.
