Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email or SMS confirmation. Upon arrival, an SMS with tracking and driver details will be sent to you.

For pickups, please provide your flight number and schedule the taxi for your landing time. We will monitor all flights for any delays or early arrivals and arrange for the driver to be inside 20 minutes after landing. If you prefer to be met 90 or 120 minutes after landing, please inform us.

The driver will enter the airport 20 minutes after the plane lands, unless instructed otherwise, and will hold a nameboard with your name at Costa Coffee.

Once in the car, you will need to pay the Stansted Car Park charge, which starts at £10.00 for up to 30 minutes (£18.00 for up to 60 minutes). Payment can be made via card at the airport machine.

Depending on your location, the driver will take the quickest route to the city, usually via the M11, using Google Maps or Waze for live traffic updates.
