- Medina of Essaouira - Proceed to the Medina (old city) with its well-preserved fortifications from the 18th century. The main highlight of the Medina is La Scala, constructed to defend against sea invasions. Continue to Bab Laalouj (one of Essaouira’s main gates), then to the Mellah (the historic Jewish quarter). Along the route, you’ll find various art shops, galleries, souvenir shops, and thuya woodcraft stores. Choose a local café for a delightful seafood lunch and visit the Kasbah, known for its role as a military stronghold. Beach enthusiasts can enjoy a stroll along Mogador’s sandy beach, watching locals play beach ball. If you’re adventurous, join a game for a few minutes. The people of Essaouira are very friendly. Great Value! - Our day trip to Essaouira from Marrakech was an incredible experience. I initially had reservations, but I'm so glad I booked it. Communication with the organisers on viator to arrange the pick-up time and location ensured a stress-free start to the day (make sure you message them the day before to confirm pick up time and give them your contact details).
We were picked up in a small van at the agreed meeting point and later transferred to a larger van at Jamaa El Fna. Along the way, we made a convenient stop at a small restaurant for a restroom break, and later
at a woman-owned argan oil factory. We received a warm welcome, had a guided tour, and got to sample some fantastic bread, argan oil, and honey. What I appreciated most was that there was no pressure to buy anything – a pleasant surprise. Although we didn't get to see the goats in the famous argan trees, the drive past that area was still enjoyable.
Upon arrival in Essaouira around 1 pm, we had a generous 4 hours to explore. It turned out to be just the right amount of time to soak in the sights, sounds, and flavors of the city.
One of the best aspects of this trip was the incredible value it offered. It was far more cost-effective than using public transportation, considering the bus fare and taxi to and from the bus stop. Despite my initial reservations, I'm really pleased that I booked this day trip!

Essauira Day Tour from Marrakech - We leave from Marrakech in a private car for six people. We were at our leisure visiting Essauira. Chauffeur Hassan, a road professional. I recommend this agency for its services and its prices.

Very good shuttle with Hassan - Hassan drove us to Essaouira. We had free quarters for four hours.
We really enjoyed our freedom.
The price is very attractive and Hassan was careful and attentive. Thank you for a wonderful day.

Discover Essaouira! - well organized trip, Pick-up at our hotel at 8:15 in Gueliz, arrival to my place jemaa el fna then departure with a bus of 17 places at 8:45 to Essaouira, 1 stop of 15 mins break, 1 stop to see goats 5 mins, 1 stop at the cooperative for dargan oil 15 mins and arrival in Essaouira at 12:30 , free visit then departure at 16:30 for the return.
Remember to specify the name of your hotel when you leave Essaouira for the driver to drop you off.

Not a day tour - Although picked up at 8am due to a lot of hanging around and an unscheduled stop to buy argon oil we never arrived until 1pm and were picked up at 5pm so only 4 hours which is not long enough considering we needed to find somewhere for lunch first. Essaouira is well worth the visit however but 4 hours is not nearly enough and not what we envisaged on booking

Excellent place. - Excellent place Essaouira only that the aganecia I do not highly recommend the tour said that if they spoke my language to what was not true, they also took a long time to leave because they do not join people.

Bad Service - Very bad, unfortunately we booked less than twenty-four hours before and in the late afternoon we receive the communication that the excursion will no longer take place, so since precisely the cancellation or date change are made only if 24 hours before, we were not able to get our money back, let alone change the date

WORST TRAVEL AGENCY - Worst service and agency EVER !! I booked a one day trip to Essaouira with this agency 14 days ago, they confirmed with me the availability, I gave them all the information needed and confirmed the pick up location. I contacted them 2 days and 1 day before the trip to re-confim and they confirmed I also asked about another contact number I can call in case they don’t show up and never got the number, I was totally right because they never showed up !!! How unprofessional and disrespectful is this ?? no one showing up, no one answering my calls nor my messages ?? Worst thing is that they were online, read the messages I sent right in the moment in WhatsApp and didn’t have enough respect to say anything. I just don’t understand why would you confirm and re-confirm an activity and just never show up nor give an explanation?? Really shame on you !! I was planning for this trip for so long and being treated this way was definitely the worst service ever. So if you want to save your time and holidays plans never book anything with the agency!!
