Again and again! Just wonderful! - We had a wonderful morning with Fatima. The food was delicious, but a very special experience were the conversations and the trusting togetherness. Fatima is a very warm woman and exudes joy. We would love to repeat this cooking experience.

Amazing Experience - This is our first time doing a cooking experience whilst on holiday, it was an amazing opportunity to get to see authentic Morocco and get to learn more about the culture and life in Morocco. Fatima was fantastic, we got to go around her local market to select the ingredients to make our Lamb Tagine and then were taken to her lovely home to cook. The food was amazing, we learned so much from her and will definitely do something like this again on our next trip. Thank you Fatima for an experience.

A shared meal at home - A nice meeting with Fatima who opened the doors of her adorable apartment. Together with the group, we decided which dishes to prepare and did the shopping accordingly. Little downside, we would have liked more to help Fatima in the kitchen. Harira and tagine were delicious!!! And all this in a friendly and warm Mood! Thank you Fatima!!

Highly recommended and delicious - Fatima was super welcoming and the experience was great, highly recommended! We had so much fun and had super interesting conversations. She quietly adapted to our needs (vegetarian dishes) and was super nice. It was nice to shop with her and cook together (even if we only cut vegetables). You can choose between couscous and tajine, and lunch ends with fruit, treats and tea. Of course the couscous was delicious, the best we ate. It also helped us in choosing spices to buy and take home. To be repeated :)

Delightful family cooking experience - Fatima was so kind, generous and fun to hang out with. We met at the medina, taxi'd to her local market, got to choose what we wanted to cook, then went back to her lovely house to make it all. It was an absolute feast; we had lentil-meatball tagine, taktouka and two flat breads, all homemade. We finished it off with fruit and some sweets we got from the market, and had a wonderful time chatting with her. Thank you Fatima!! 💜

Nice experience - The following is an overview of this experiment: – Fatima joined us on BAB MARRAKECH Square - we went to the market by taking a taxi (paid by Fatima) - there were 5 of us and chose to make a tagine with vegetables and chicken At the market, Fatima bought everything we needed - we walked back to his apartment - we helped cut vegetables/cook - we were able to ask many questions and get answers (cooking, local life, tradition) We ate our meal and for dessert we ate watermelon. Thanks to Fatima, it was very good and very well explained

Excellent experience with friendly host! - Fatima was an incredible teacher! She took us all to the market to pick out food for the dish we had chosen, then took us to her beautiful home, where we all learned how to cook a number of traditional dishes. She was very helpful and friendly, and answered any questions (cooking or otherwise) that we came up with. Thank you very much!

Pleasant afternoon But not really about the Food - We booked this as a private cooking class for 3 reasons. One market tour, second how to make tagines & third to learn about Moroccon food. So first of all this was not a private tour we joined 7 other people so in all we were 10 people. Our fellow tourist were really nice & it was fun talking food to them but it was not what we expected. Secondly the market tour was a 5 min walk thru where we followed Fatima thru the market seeing her buy ingredients. There was no information or interaction of any kind to help us experience the market / shops. Since I was interested I asked questions & got answers. Thirdly we cooked a chicken tagine and a fish one where we helped cut vegetables and saw the tagines being cooked. It took a long while to cook so we had to rush out after 3.5 hrs and missed the tea. The chicken tasted nice but was dry and over cooked. The sardine tagine tasted fine. Both seemed fairly basic with meat & veg. There was no other information about Moroccon food. The afternoon was nice and good for people who want to spend a pleasant time in a locals house eating their food as Fatima & her husband were really nice people. But this is not a class for those with serious food / cooking interest.
