Beautiful experience and great memories - Excellent experience Mouhssin picked us up outside the hotel. In addition to being punctual, it is very kind and professional. Réda was our guide during the horseback ride. Despite our beginner level, he was able to reassure us and guide us safely. He also took pictures of us with his personal camera, which he sent us on arrival. Mouhssin was waiting for us and dropped us off in front of the hotel. A big thank you to the whole team. A nice horse ride - I booked this trip and got a whatsapp confirmation from Hamza confirming my pickup point and what time they would collect me. My collection time was 18.50, and by 19.15 no one had arrived so I contacted Hamza, as this was a sunset horse ride and it was getting later... He apologised and advised that there had been an issue with transport and the driver couldn't reach me... I was offered the trip the following day, as it happened I was leaving at noon so opted for 10am. I was disappointed that I was not going to get the sunset ride, as that was the whole point. I said to Hamza that it wasn't the end of the world, and that would be ok, which it was. I was collected just before 10 the next day, and the chap who collected me apologised for the issue and said that his dad had not been able to find the hotel. My issue with this is that my quite large and very well signed hotel is on the roundabout that leads to the road that the stables is on, so they would drive passed it numerous times a day, it is less than a mile from the horse yard. My ride was nice, I forget the chaps name who took me, he was friendly and helpful and he knew that I had pretty much never been on a horse before. I don't have an issue with the horseride, but I just wish I had been told the truth - which presumably was that I had been forgotten about. I am not leaving a bad review here, I am just saying what happened on this occasion. Please another time, if you forget to pick someone up, tell them that is what happened, I would have respected the honesty,
