The shoe is cheap’ but the view like no other - I stayed yesterday Saturday, February 28, 2026 with my partner and friends. It was a 6-hour experience approximately full of a lot of adrenaline and that tests all your physical abilities in terms of exercise. (Disclaimer: if all you do is work in the office and catch fresh THIS IS NOT FOR YOU MI SANTO I’M SORRY😂😭) The guides at all times take the time to explain both the history of the place and what you will be exposed to at each moment of the experience. It is a very complete and worth every penny and effort you make. 😌 In my particular case, this was my first time doing such an activity, so I took the oldest shoes I found in my house and they left me on foot or even starting the experience 😭. So, don’t be like me and take some HIKING shoes 🥾 But that’s not the point of this review, but how our guide Osvaldo helped me during the journey. The moment my shoes happened, he was very patient and helped me fix them momentarily so that I could enjoy the experience without limiting myself and that was a gesture that speaks more than any word I can say here. Also to the rest of the team that was on the lookout for my safety and that could return safely after the end of the experience. That is the kind of treatment we all deserve and for which I can GIVE FAITH. An experienced, qualified and above all empathetic team. I recommend that you give yourself the opportunity with Aventureo PR to explore this natural wonder but above all support a LOCAL COMPANY and PUERTO RICAN OWNERS that allows hundreds of other Puerto Ricans to continue to have access and enjoy what is ours.

Tubing and hiking review Feb 2026 - Fun and exciting tour the whole way. The short hike and going up stream wasn't too physically demanding, and the views were the top highlight besides the main attraction of going tubing downstream. The tour guides were profesional and respectful. Definitely would recommend to anyone who's visiting the island or who lives in the island and wants to do something different.

Best Experience in PR yet! - An amazing day filled with making new acquaintances, laughing, seeing an amazing cave system, and floating the river. The hike to and from is no joke, so be ready for a tough walk up and down. But worth every heavy breathing moment! Our tour guides were super! So very nice, informative, and silly/fun.

Tour of a lifetime in PR!! - Our two families booked this trip pretty last minute. We were a party of 8 with teens age 15-18. From the instructions for where to meet to the transport to the river to the actual tour, the guides were so amazing and accommodating. We had a blast!! They took great care of us and even sent photos that they took throughout the excursion. We felt very safe and our teens had so much fun! We are staying in Dorado and it was a fairly easy 1 hour drive to the meeting point. You will get super wet - backpacks submerged and swimming/floating/climbing up river beds. Recommend good sneakers or hiking shoes. It was a fantastic way to spend a day in this beautiful country!!

Beautiful hike and fun tubing in the river! - This was an amazing family experience! We are pretty avid hikers, and have hiked many waterfalls and trails. My family wore water shoes of all types, and we definitely regretted not bringing our hiking boots or tennis shoes. Having sturdy footwear and something to protect your toes is a must! Our tour guides were very kind and showed us the bats in the caves, spiders, and a crawfish (?). They were very helpful in getting us through difficult waters also! I highly recommend this tour and will definitely be back to do it again!

Great activity offering so much more than described - This experience is very robust! Hiking the mountain, through the river, on the banks, through partial and current caves. You are taught about the history of Puerto Rico, the development and history of the area, and about living things in the area. It is very fun but takes quite a bit of physical exertion.
