Our excursions to Český Krumlov are typically scheduled as follows. We will collect you from your location in Prague, ideally situated within the city centre. The journey, aboard a van capable of accommodating up to 8 individuals, typically lasts 2 hours as CK is situated 175 km from Prague. This provides you an opportunity to sit back, relax, and enjoy the scenic countryside.
Upon arrival, we park at the primary parking area, at which point Filip, your tour guide, will assume responsibility. We’ll ascend a small incline to reach the castle, where your tour of the castle courtyards will commence. You will be regaled with numerous fascinating tales and be directed to the best photo opportunities. We’ll conclude the castle tour by descending towards a river and crossing a bridge to a medieval restaurant, where we can have lunch.
Following lunch, you’ll have some free time to tour the Old Town at your leisure. Should you prefer, you can depart early for lunch at a location of your choosing. This is your own personal time to spend as you please. I will offer recommendations for sights to see and shopping locations if desired. We’ll reconvene at the parking area for our return journey to Prague.
