Tristan Van Doorn, who has served as a Sommelier in some of Europe’s finest Michelin-starred restaurants, will guide the event. Upon arrival at a stunning venue in the heart of Valencia, guests will be greeted with an aperitif. The tasting will feature 5 artisanal Spanish wines, with detailed insights into each wine, the regional differences, and the factors that determine wine quality. To enhance the experience, guests will also savor traditional Spanish tapas and exquisite Petit Fours!

Having spent over a decade in restaurant jobs, I chose to transition and apply my profuse knowledge of wines in a more innovative manner. My journey commenced in February 2021, when I moved away from my birthplace, Amsterdam, to conduct wine tasting sessions in Valencia.

My professional growth has been nurtured in some of Europe’s finest Michelin star eateries. In addition to practical experience, I’ve gained qualifications from the top Dutch wine course, “Vinologen” and from globally renowned wine studies program: WSET4, at its highest level.
