I will definitely return - A lovely experience. I went to a lathe class in Tiwona and it was much more than I expected: the space is cozy, the Mood relaxed and the teacher conveys a calmness and passion for ceramics that gets infected. In two hours I learned a lot, completely disconnected and enjoyed the process of creating with my hands. In addition, everything is very well organized, with quality materials and super friendly care. I would repeat without hesitation! 💛

Recommended - A unique experience to do alone, with friends or family. I went to my mother and sister and we all loved it. It is more complicated than it seems but the teacher guided us step by step and allowed us to make more pieces in a class until we came to create something we liked and finally the result went very well. I'll be back very soon!

Fun but not for travelers - It gets 3 stars cause the people were very nice, it was a fun thing to do with my sister and they offered wine. But there were many cons 1. They say Viator never sends them a confirmation so they are never aware when people are coming so they were ready for us. 2. It takes 2 weeks for this to be dried and glazed so if you are traveling don’t expect to take anything with you. 3. More just thought the basics, not really thought to make anything special. But the teacher was really nice.

Disappointment - We couldn't do it because it was closed. They didn't keep it in mind and didn't open. When they called us they explained but we were there for an hour waiting and asking. We're left wanting.

They were a no show! - We traveled half hour into main square in heat of day and they were a no show. Took up whole part of day! Very disappointed!

At first they explained the technique, but then they let us do without any follow-up. If you asked anything, the answer was: "You're doing fine." 🤔😳 Lie, you don't want to make out... When I came back to paint my pieces, it was all chaos. Nobody knew anything and a woman offered to paint a piece that I would be given. I did not learn any techniques, nor did I receive any guidance. They just told me where the brushes and paint were, and again spabilate... which I finished in 5 minutes. For the third time, I returned to paint my 3 pieces. One person asked me if I had seen my pieces in the chat, but I didn't know what he was talking about. Turns out they had a WhatsApp group with a QR code, but nobody had mentioned it to me. I signed up for the chat and waited to see my pieces in the whats app group. Since I didn't see them, I decided to come closer again. It was also not easy to see the pieces, they do not say the date and sometimes they are the other way around. They told me that I should sign up online to paint, and today, two months later, I had an appointment to paint. However, everything was repeated: I did not find my pieces. Let’s look and suddenly I find myself just looking for the pieces and they work!!! In the end, they told me I could give my phone to be warned, but I had provided it before and no one told me. In addition, I was told that if I didn't find my pieces, there was a possibility that they had "exploded" in the oven. I don't believe it The 3 pieces ???? Quite a show this place, The lack of communication and professionalism left me very disappointed. Despite all this, I was offered no solution. The gift cost 55€ and, in the end, I didn’t learn anything or receive my pieces. I feel conned, as not only did they not teach me, but they also did not deliver what I paid. Total robbery.
