Wonderful Paella - Every aspect was superior. The tour of the market, the olives, the olive oil, the sangria, the churros, and, of course, the paella. Thank you for an enlightening experience.

Don't think twice - Carmen was a FANTASTIC teacher. She is la passion personified and has so much knowledge to share. It is always special when you do a class and you can't help but think to yourself: What if I was so passionate too? She answered all my questions about paella and made the evening pass by in a flash. Recommend 100% for anyone going around Málaga and looking to learn the ins and outs of making a delicious paella.

A great Malaga experience — even if you aren’t a cook … - This is a not to be missed experience. Filipe was our host. ( excellent! ) The chef who assisted us in cooking was also terrific. It was a fun experience. Highly recommend.

A lot of fun - Overall experience was a good time. There were 11 people in the class which I think can make a difference in your experience as I think less people would have been a little better. We went to the market and learned about the excellent potato salad and different olives, which we really liked. Hard to hear her talk at times but I liked the experience. We walked back and started on the sangria, then the paella and the time just flew by. They didn't go in depth of how to make the paella as I'm sure time wouldn't allow it, but you got the recipes for everything afterwards, and we are definitely planning on trying this at home. It was a very fun day!
