So glad we booked this!! - This will go down in our family as one of the best experiences we’ve done together - and that’s not what we were expecting when we booked it! Our host, Maria, who owns the shop where the tasting is held is clearly very knowledgeable and passionate about good olive oils! This tour was informative, interactive and tasty. We didn’t expect to be able to tell the difference between “good” and “bad” olive oils, but by the end we were able to discern the difference! We had such a good time and María was a very kind and funny host. We would heartily recommend.

Distinctive and flavorful tasting! - Álvaro is a very animated and enthusiastic host. He guided us through the entire process of harvesting, pressing and processing the olive fruit to produce delicious olive oil. I never drank olive oil but “wow” it’s fragrant and has a wide variety of distinctive flavors. Álvaro brings it all to life! And, you’ll laugh and chuckle a bit alone the way.

This is a must-do! - This tasting was an amazing experience. Mari Carmen is a beautiful soul - so passionate, knowledgeable and fun. I learnt a lot and had the pleasure of tasting some of the most incredible oils in the world. Absolutely definitely recommend 🤩

Authentic Cordoba Experience! - What an amazing experience! We knew next to nothing about olive oils and the process of making it prior to this, but Mari Carmen is so knowledgeable and passionate, answering all our questions and allowing us to appreciate the different oils so much more. Such a unique opportunity to appreciate such a major industry in Cordoba.

Love olive oil, this is a great trip to be educated in olive oils. - Marie has great knowledge on the olive oil process, and was able to answer all our questions. This tour was incredibly enlightening on olive oils, it enabled us to view oil purchase with a more discerning eye. Thoroughly recommend this tour to any one who wants to understand and appreciate olive oil in greater detail. Definitely a 5 star rating!

Who knew olive oil was so special! - We learned about the whole process in the local area and tried many different olive oils and learned so much!! I’d never realised how much you should know about olive oil. I definitely recommend this. The host was excellent

Best time in Cordoba - It was one of the best experience ever! We have learned a lot! Fantastic time with Maricarmen. She has a huge knowledge and can easily share it. Nowe we all know what oil of olive (extra virgin of course) we should buy! Thank you for this! Highly recommend ❤️

A totally unique and "not to miss" experience! - This experience was truly one of the highlights of our 3 weeks in Spain! It was so unique, fascinating and fun. Mari Carmen is passionate, professional and brings deep personal knowledge to this "class". Olives are literally in her DNA and it shows! The two of us were paired with another couple for the tasting and that made the whole thing even more enjoyable. If you are anywhere near Cordoba, I strongly recommend taking the time for this incredibly special experience.

Don’t hesitate - a fabulous experience! 👍 - We stumbled across this shop whilst exploring the little lanes of Cordoba. So glad we booked this tasting experience! Carmen Maria was a delightful host, so knowledgable, passionate and charming.
We learnt a great deal about the production, varieties and properties of extra virgin olive oil - including the aromas, the pungency and the health benefits. Not all olive oils are equal!
We bought gifts and take-home produce but it was all very relaxed and friendly.
We were there for around three hours! A very pleasurable experience, thank you 💞
(As well as the oils, there is water and bread to cleanse your palette and gluten-free bread available on request 👍)
