• Sandwich Harbour - Begin the journey to Sandwich Harbor with a visit to Walvis Bay Lagoon to see the flamingos. Continue the drive to the Kuiseb River delta, passing the salt flats of Walvis Bay. Sandwich Harbor Lagoon, a Ramsar site, is typically accessed from the beach, depending on tides and swell. If beach access is not possible, an elevated viewpoint of the lagoon will be found. Multiple stops will be made to enjoy the scenery and capture stunning photos.
  The guide will select a wind-sheltered spot for a delightful picnic, complete with drinks and a snack platter.
  During the tour, there may be opportunities to see wildlife such as black-backed jackals, springboks, oryx, ostriches, fog beetles, seals on the beach, and geckos. The lagoon and salt pans host a diverse array of birds.
