5-7-25 ride - Joshua and Ricardo were fantastic. My friend was running late and they accommodated him and every way… The horseback ride was amazing…. And the stables it was a brand new baby pony that had only been born six hours previous that and the horseback ride itself was up through the mountain with beautiful scenery and then several times we got to walk through The on the horses through streams

A Truly Unforgettable Experience - If you're looking for an unforgettable adventure in Medellín, Colombian Horses is the way to go! Ricardo’s incredible attention to detail made us feel completely safe, supported, and free to truly enjoy every moment with these beautiful animals. His natural ability to guide both the horses and the group was seriously inspiring! Joha was amazing too — so calming and encouraging, always ready with a helping hand or a kind word whenever anyone needed it. Together, Ricardo and Joha created something really special. Plus, the whole team is bilingual — whether you speak English or Spanish, they’ve got you covered! If you're in Medellín, definitely reach out to them. It was an absolutely amazing experience — my friends and I had the best time and can’t recommend it enough!

A must do - Be prepared to hold on to your saddles because it’s a great time..lol Our guide Joshua was amazing and fun, definitely knowledgeable about the horses and how they would interact with us

Best Time Ever - Joshua was an absolutely fantastic tour guide for our scenic horseback ride through the Colombian hills. The entire experience exceeded our expectations and was everything we had hoped for. The scenery was truly spectacular, a feast for the eyes, and Joshua's guidance made it even more enjoyable. He did an excellent job of making both my partner and I feel welcome and comfortable from the moment we met him. His knowledge of the area and the horses was impressive, and his confidence with the animals was reassuring. We felt completely safe and well taken care of throughout the ride. We had a truly fantastic time and would wholeheartedly recommend this activity, and especially Joshua as a guide, to anyone looking for a memorable horseback riding experience in Colombia.

Good time out of the city - Great horses, great ride, and great guide. Ricardo’s horses are well trained and easy to handle for beginners. The ride itself goes shortly through town till you get into the countryside which is beautiful. I would recommend

Bad customer service & lacking situational awareness empathy - My group was ill and could not make the trip, we had requested a refund a day before. It was not granted by the tour guide. This tour guide, further contacted us the morning of to make sure we attended and did not wait for us when we tried our best to arrive. They pressured us into believing "everything was prepared" and guilt tripped us. To then not wait for us nor grant a refund.
