Day 2: Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park
Murchison Falls National Park - After breakfast, your driver guide will be ready to take you to Murchison Falls. On the way, you’ll stop at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for rhino tracking and lunch, then continue to the park to check into your lodge for relaxation, dinner, and an overnight stay.

Day 3: Game Drive and Boat Cruise
Murchison Falls National Park - After breakfast, embark on an early morning game drive across the expansive plains of Uganda’s largest National Park, where you can see lions, giraffes, hartebeest, buffalo, and elephants, among others. Bird enthusiasts can spot the secretary bird and black-chested snake eagle. Return to your lodge for lunch, then enjoy a boat cruise to the base of Murchison Falls, where you’ll see hippos, crocodiles, and various water birds. You may choose to hike to the top of the falls for an unforgettable experience before returning to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 4: Transfer to Kibale Forest National Park
Kibale National Park - After breakfast, transfer to Kibale National Park for chimpanzee tracking the following day. The scenic drive passes through villages, lush green countryside, and tea plantations. Kibale NP is renowned for its primates, including chimpanzees, colobus monkeys, grey-cheeked mangabeys, and red-tailed monkeys. Upon arrival, check in and relax before dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 5: Chimpanzee Tracking
Kibale National Park - After breakfast, head to Kanyachu Park Headquarters for a briefing before entering the forest for tracking. Chimpanzees share 98% of human DNA, making them our closest relatives, and their habits and biology are fascinating to study. After tracking, return to your lodge for lunch, then enjoy a Bigodi Swamp walk to observe numerous bird species and monkeys.

Day 6: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
Queen Elizabeth National Park - After a leisurely breakfast, transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park, enjoying views of the Rwenzori Mountains. Upon arrival, have lunch at the lodge, then choose to visit Lake Katwe or relax before dinner and an overnight stay. Queen Elizabeth National Park is Uganda’s most visited game reserve, known for its scenic beauty and diverse wildlife. The Kazinga Channel, connecting Lake George and Lake Edward, attracts a variety of birds and animals, including Nile crocodiles and a large concentration of hippos. Explore the park on a game drive along a 200-kilometer network of tracks.

Day 7: Game Drive and Boat Cruise
Queen Elizabeth National Park - Enjoy a safari breakfast before embarking on a morning game drive at sunrise, the best time for wildlife spotting. Look for elephants, buffalo, antelope, and possibly lions or leopards. Later, take a boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel to see hippos, elephants, and buffaloes up close. This cruise is often a highlight of the park visit.

Day 8: Experiential Lion Tracking
Queen Elizabeth National Park - After breakfast, participate in an early morning lion tracking experience in the northern sector (Kasenyi plains) of the park. This exclusive activity is limited to reduce stress on the lions and enhance the visitor experience. You may also encounter other wildlife during the tracking. Return to your accommodation for lunch, and in the evening, consider visiting Lake Katwe for a salt mining experience.

Day 9: Transfer to Ishasha Sector for Tree Climbing Lions
Queen Elizabeth National Park - After breakfast, set off for a game viewing experience in the Ishasha area, known for its tree-climbing lions. While spotting these lions is not guaranteed, the sight is spectacular if you do. You’ll also see other wildlife like Uganda kob, Cape buffalo, elephants, and warthogs. Afterwards, head to your accommodation for relaxation, meals, and an overnight stay.

Day 10: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
Bwindi Impenetrable National Park - After breakfast, transfer to Bwindi National Park. Upon arrival, relax before dinner and an overnight stay. Bwindi Forest is home to a diverse range of flora and fauna, including mountain gorillas and chimpanzees. It hosts half of the world’s gorilla population, divided into nine habituated family groups, along with other primates, mammals, butterflies, and birds.

Day 11: Gorilla Tracking and Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi
Bwindi Impenetrable National Park - Encountering the rare Mountain Gorillas of Bwindi is a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The tracking journey involves navigating forested slopes, vines, and bamboo forests to reach the gorillas’ territory. Once located, enjoy an hour observing these fascinating primates. After tracking, transfer to Lake Bunyonyi for relaxation before dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 12: Morning Canoe Ride and Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park

Day 13: Nature Walk and Transfer to Kampala/Entebbe for Drop Off
Entebbe - After breakfast, embark on a nature walk with an armed Uganda Wildlife Authority ranger/guide. Encounter zebras, giraffes, eland, topis, and other wildlife. Enjoy views of Lake Mburo and surrounding lakes from the hilltops. Return to your accommodation for checkout, then travel to Entebbe Airport with a stop at the equator for lunch and souvenir shopping before proceeding to Entebbe for drop off.
