Eccellente! - We had an unforgettable experience with Dav Safari, and a big part of it was thanks to our incredible guide, Salomon. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and always kind and attentive to our needs.
What really made the difference was that Salomon went far beyond what was expected of him. For example, when we only had large U.S. dollar bills, he personally went to withdraw local currency for us and gave it to us, saving us a lot of trouble. On another occasion, when we had a problem with the car, he solved it immediately by finding a service at a gas station within five minutes, and we were back on the road right away.
The organization by Dav Safari was excellent from start to finish. Everything was well planned and smooth, allowing us to fully enjoy the experience. The trekking with chimpanzees and gorillas was absolutely unforgettable — emotional, exciting, and truly once-in-a-lifetime.
We highly recommend Dav Safari and especially Salomon to anyone looking for a well-organized, authentic, and memorable adventure.

An unforgettable experience with Dav Safaris! - Our 4-day tour in Uganda with Dav Safaris was absolutely magnificent and truly unforgettable. We chose the itinerary focused on chimpanzee trekking in Kibale and gorilla trekking in Bwindi, and it turned out to be one of the most beautiful experiences of my life.
The organization was impeccable from start to finish. A special mention goes to our guide, Salomon, who made all the difference: always kind, extremely professional, and constantly attentive to our needs. He made sure we never lacked anything and was always available with a smile.
The accommodations were comfortable, clean, and well selected, and the food was consistently very good throughout the trip.
Highly recommended Dav Safaris for a Uganda trip!

The best experience of our lives! - From the moment we were picked up at our hotel in Entebbe we were treated to an informative and well run tour. Our guide and driver Joyous was extremely knowledgeable in answering all of our questions and pointing out the sites along the way. He would go out of his way to show us his beautiful country and knew all the best spots for scenic pictures, clean restrooms and amazing food. When booking, ask for Joyous to be your guide. You will not be disappointed.
All accommodations were above and beyond any expectations we could have had with clean comfortable rooms, great food and friendly and attentive staff.
Starting with the chimpanzee trek in Kimbale NP was an amazing experience. We were welcomed by friendly locals and the rangers/trackers were amazing. The chimps were absolutely beautiful in their natural habitat!!
The next day was the gorilla trek in Bwindi NP and we are still in awe of that experience. Life changing to say the least! Again, the locals and rangers/trackers were wonderful and hiring a local porter for help on the trail was indispensable. If possible, ask for Justine!! She is the best!
From beginning to end the experience was flawless. We hope to inspire more to take this amazing adventure with DAV Safaris. Destination Adventure Vacation all in one. Worth every penny and more.

Great to see the Chempanzees & Gorillas in their natural area. Thanks for saving these and their jungle. - Experience = Great Adventure. Thank you!😊 Also for the programm between the 2 Trekkings. It was a lot of new and interesting information and experience.
Short note: For Gorilla-Ttrekking (midium tour): Person must be used to walk from approx. 1000 over see level to approx. 2000 over see level and 200 high meters within approx. 60 Minutes.
Admission fee = in a normal range
Length of visit = perfect (maybe more time with the animals😉)
Atmosphere = Was very good and I felt very comftable and safe with the driver.
Crowd size = 3 person was great. We had enough space in car with our laguagges.
Staff = very friendly and helpful thank you!
Best for = Driver, Hotel, etc.

Absolutely spectacular once in a lifetime trip - The tour was brilliant, Addison the tour guide was very informative and instantly made us feel well looked after and at home, very quick to stop at requests for the washroom or snacks.
The gorillas were 😍😍😍. We found ours very quickly and the rangers gave us all the instruction we needed.
The lake house was an unexpected delight. Fantastic.
Uganda is beautiful, could not recommend highly enough.

2 day Safari in Akagara - highly recommend! - I recently visited Rwanda for my brother’s wedding to a local Kigali woman and while we were there we had the opportunity and pleasure of going on Safari with Dav Safari. Before I speak directly to the experience on Safari I have to mention how clean and beautiful this country is. Also the people may just be some of the nicest in the world!
Our guides John, Vincent and Eareste were extremely kind but also came with a wealth of knowledge. We felt completely safe and cared for during our time with them. We saw 4 of the big 5 that we were hoping to see and we will never forget the experience. The ecolodge Karenge was incredible - glamping doesn’t quite even sum it up!! This was a steal for the price. We were picked up at our hotel, we drove three and a half hours to the National park. We drove on the last Saturday of the month so everyone was taking part in Umuganda which means “coming together in common purpose” - everyone was cleaning and beautifying their shared communities. It was beautiful and powerful to witness. We arrived at the park and began with a tour of the lake where we saw hippos, water buffalo, crocodiles a variety of exotic birds and elephants in the distance. We could have ended here and been happy but the we hit the road on the way to our ecolodge in the hills of the park. We were surrounded by a herd of elephants, we saw Zebras up close, wart hogs, rhinos ran along side our truck, water buffalo grazing in pastures and then finally we saw a big beautiful lion! It was all incredibly surreal. Our guides were so dedicated to making sure we saw everything and they did not disappoint. I would highly recommend this company of your safari!
