Murchison Falls National Park - Begin the day early at 7 am for an exciting tour to the northern region of Uganda, featuring two prominent tourist attractions on your Uganda safari: Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary and Murchison Falls Wildlife National Park. The trip will take you through various northern Ugandan villages, showcasing lush green vegetation and numerous roadside fruit and vegetable markets. Upon reaching the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, engage in rhino tracking, which may take up to an hour depending on the rhinos’ location. The rangers will provide a briefing and assist with tracking the rhinos in their natural habitat. After the rhino tracking experience, enjoy a delightful lunch. Post-lunch, continue your journey to Murchison Falls National Park, arriving in the evening via the top of the falls, where you can relish breathtaking views of the powerful waterfalls from above.

Morning Wildlife Safari Game Drive and Afternoon Boat Safari to the Base of the Falls

Murchison Falls National Park - Following an early breakfast, the guide will collect you from the hotel to check in at Murchison Falls Wildlife National Park and commence your Uganda safari game drive. This adventure will reveal herds of giraffes grazing, buffalos, lions, elephants, and many other animals along various tracks in the park. Capture stunning photographs of the wildlife. At Murchison Falls, anticipate encountering the Big 4 (lions, elephants, buffalo, and rhinos previously seen at Ziwa). After this remarkable experience on the Uganda wildlife safari game drive, return to the Uganda lodge in Murchison Falls National Park for lunch.

In the afternoon, after lunch, embark on a Uganda Safari boat trip on the River Nile, observing various animals along the shore, continuing to approximately 10 meters from the base of Murchison Falls, also known as the ‘Devil’s Cauldron.’
