Amazing La Bufadora Private Tour - I booked a Private Tour to visit La Bufadora (in Ensenada, Mexico). My driver and tour guide was Sergio and I can't say enough or find all the correct words to describe my tour! My tour was great - Sergio picked me up on time at Pier 2 (Ensenada); he sent an email to me the day before apologizing that due to the pier restrictions - private companies are NOT allowed to drive into the Port - I would have to walk out (approximately 1/3 mile = about 15-20 minutes (I walk with a cane, walk slow and have arthritis in both knees) but it was well worth the walk! I was the first passenger to disembark my cruise ship (ship docked earlier than expected) so I took my time, walked at a medium pace and made it outside "to meeting spot" early. Sergio texted me to let me know he was on his way. Once Sergio picked me up - he safely drove the approximately 45 minutes drive to La Bufadora pointing out beautiful scenery and buildings along the way. Upon arrival, he drove to a secure area where I could use the restroom and we proceed to walk down to La Bufadora viewing area. AWESOME! Sergio used my camera to capture a "small blow hole) from La Bufadors (waves were calm to slightly medium) but I have a couple of good videos that Sergio captured for me. Sergio took me to a location to buy the exact souvenirs that I mentioned that I wanted to purchase the store owner gave me a good deal! All in all - MY PRIVATE TOUR WAS OUTSTANDING and if visiting Ensenada again - I would definitely book this tour again (hopefully I would get Sergio as my driver and tour guide again)! Thank you Sergio for a 100% awesome tour!

Great day out in Ensanada - Driver on time. Spent time telling us about local attractions. Spent time with us at attraction and showed us around.

Sightseeing in Ensenada - Sergio was an excellent guide and very quickly adapted the tour to fit our request. We learned a great deal about Ensenada and enjoyed seeing parts of Ensenada with his perspective. Sergio was very engaging and extremely professional. The next time with visit Ensenada my husband and I will definitely book another tour with Sergio's company.

Amazing Tour - Sergio was amazing! He communicated for easy pick up from the cruise ships. I would recommend Sergio for an amazing tour. He took us to La Bufador and introduced us to vendors, took pictures and just was great at providing an amazing experience. Outside of our tour guide, the vendors at La Bufador can be overwhelming so be prepared and don’t be afraid to just say no!

Problem tour - From ship it was long walk to pick up private tour. We signed up on our paper for guide in English but only given a driver who spoke absolutely only Spanish. We speak only English. Had no idea what to expect on hour drive to blow hole. Never encountered any problems with visitor previously

No show for tour - No showed us Contact number is disconnected trip pretty much ruined at this points. Customer service was unable to do anything either Will be disputed 100% on credit card
