A must do! - The park was a short distance from the cruise port. It was clean and organized. The animals seem to be well cared for. The driver was knowledgeable and kind. The vehicle was clean and the driver used his phone to clarify anything he felt we may of not understood.

Perfect experience - Absolutely fun and amazing experience! Our driver was incredible and waited in the parking lot for us so we could leave whenever we were ready and it was absolutely perfect. It was amazing to have him right there. He helped us with everything from start to finish. The staff at Pai Pai is amazing. And friendly. I would recommend this to anyone coming into Port in Ensenada. Once in a lifetime experience!

Amazing trip - It was absolutely amazing. The day started meeting our driver. He was friendly, polite and very respectful. Pai pai was an awesome experience. Our driver took us to tacos after and then dropped us off downtown so we could walk. The payment process was easy and the whole trip went smooth. It was very nice having a private driver and not having to sit in a crowded bus we were able to take our time and enjoy our time at Pai Pai and Ensenada. Thank you for an amazing experience. I’ll be booking with them again ! - Our driver Tomas was very nice and professional. I traveled with only my kids so I was a little nervous but I felt very comfortable and safe with my driver. Follow the instructions on how to meet with your driver and you’ll be okay. We did Pai Pai and La Bufadora. The driver will wait for you, so no need to panic :) Made it back on time to the ship by 3, still had time to spare. Overall, I had a great experience and will be booking again whenever I get the chance.

Beyond surprised! - My family and I were a bit apprehensive about visit to Pai Pai, but I must say the experience was truly amazing! We had several opportunities to interact with some the animals. Our favorite experience was the visiting with the Squirrel Monkeys and the "baby" Leopard. I highly recommend taking advantage of this opportunity while visiting Ensenada!

Ensenada Excursions & Tours made our family vacation a huge hit!! - I wanted to give my family a special vacation. I also wanted it to be "no thinking involved". That's why I booked all 3 days of activities through Ensenada Excursions and Tours. We had one-stop shopping the whole way. We had a dedicated driver all 3 days (Daniel), who spoke very good English, was very polite, had excellent customer service, and in general just wanted to make us happy. He was delightful. On day 1 we did horseback riding by the ocean. It was so fun for all of us. The horses were very tame and easy to control and steer. They also looked very healthy and well cared for. Most of the tour was next to the ocean and it was just too beautiful for words. And since we had an 8 year old with us, our guide held the reins to her horse the whole way. He also took pics of us and it was the best time ever. On day 2 we went surfing. We had a dedicated instructor, and he gave us thorough lessons on the sand before we hit the surf and tried to implement. He spent almost all his time with our 8 year old and - guess what - by the end of the session, she was standing on her surfboard and surfing! We had chairs, umbrellas, snacks, wetsuits, and water. Everything was provided! It was just a great experience. On day 3 we went to Pai Pai eco-park. I was very unsure as to what to expect, but it turned out to be an excellent experience. In particular, I highly recommend you book this on a day where no ships are coming in - which is what we did - as then the park will have very few people and you'll have the animals essentially to yourselves to interact with and watch. While not a comprehensive zoo, there were lots of interesting animals and there were a few exhibits where we had special access to actually go in. The best of the bunch were the farm animals section (goats and rabbits), which our daughter just loved holding (especially the baby rabbits), and the monkeys exhibit - they were climbing all over us to get the food out of our hands!! On top of that, I booked my wife a 90 minute deep tissue massage with hot stones through them and that didn't disappoint either. The place was very nice and my wife loved the overall massage and service. We accomplished exactly what I wanted: a fun and enjoyable vacation where everything was taken care of by someone else and I didn't have to think about logistics, tickets, schedules, driving, traffic, multiple payments, different companies, struggling to speak Spanish, or anything else. We had hotel pickup and dropoff every single day. Things couldn't have been easier or more enjoyable. Big hats off to Jesse and his crew!

Wonderful experience - Our driver, Javier, was wonderful. He kept a friendly conversation going the whole ride. He was attentive to our needs and made sure we had a great experience.

Our driver Marta was... - Our driver Marta was amazing, very personable and knowledgeable. We enjoyed our time with her and appreciated her being bilingual.

Zoo was OK, driver was wonderful! - Paipai was fun, though the layout is a bit of a maze and staff push to upsell things throughout. However our driver was WONDERFUL! He showed us local spots along the way, answered questions, and shared his love for his hometown to us tourists. Will book Ensenada Excursions again when we are back!

Up Close! - It was exciting to have the up-close experiences with the animals. The leopard, only a year old, was an intimidating size, which added to the thrill.
